Construction of valve chamber of size 1200 mm x 1200mm x 1200mm with 200mm thick solid concrete block masonary block casted using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 mix ,built in cement and sand mortar 1:6, 15 mm plaster to thick internal surface and external surface up to 15 cm below ground level and top of floor in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement 15 mm thick, MS sheet cover including 40x40x3mm MS angle frame embedded in 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, with 25x6 mm flat iron hold fast, handles, hinges with locking arrangement (including Pad lock), and preparation of surface, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to all steel surface complete including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work using angle iron of size 75x75x6 mm thick including necessary cutting, bending, welding and drilling to make shape as required at site for providing supports under water supply main of size 150mm bore pipe including providing metal straps over the water main at places using MS flat iron of size 50x3 mm thick all as required at site incl taking down out old unserviceable supports and preparation of surface, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to all steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Thrust block of size 1m x 1m x 1m, made out of RCC M-20, design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations including rafts, footings, basement slabs for holding of raising main of 150 mm pipeline including use and waste of form work complete and dismantling of old block all as specified and directed.
