Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations,grains, pipes, cables, etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shaft wells, cess pits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.50 m, including disposal of excavated earth upto 1.00 m from cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth slides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work up to plinth level 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) crushed. Foundations;

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work up to plinth level 1:4:8(1 cement: 4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) crushed. Foundations;

Providing and Laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) crushed.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string, courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc up to floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering , finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size);

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of forms for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. For mass concrete

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo mechanically treated bars.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc are required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, grates and similar works

Providing and fixing G.I. Chain Link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm wire and nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade.New steel work (two or more coats).

Preparing of sub grade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and disposal of surplus earth up to 50 m.

Consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or qrarry spoils etc. and rerolling the sub grade.

Supplying and stacking of graded stone aggregate at site of size range a) 63 mm to 45 mm (quarry)

b) 53 mm to 22.4 mm (quarry)

Laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate, stone screening and binding material including screening, sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller of 8 to tonne capacity etc. complete (payment for stone aggregate, screenings, kankar, moorum and red bajri etc. to be made separately). a) Base course with 63 mm to 45 mm size including stone screenings 13.2 mm size

b) Base course with 53 mm to 22.4 mm size including stone screenings 11.2 mm size

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site, excluding carriage

Scarifying metalled (water bound) road surface including disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 m and consolidation of the aggregate received from the scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On WBM @ 0.75 kg/sqm

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) With paving asphalt 80/100 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road roller, all complete.
