SUPPLY

IP base 1/4" CCD Day-Night Colour PTZ Explosionproof Camera for surveillance of Pump Shed/ Field piping area, with motorized Zoom lens (focal length 4 to 80 mm or better), 15X- 20X Optical Zoom, minimum 10X Digital Zoom, Explosion-proof & IP66 weatherproof Camera enclosure of camera with industrial grade power supply, receiver driver unit, lightning & surge protection, suitable mount complete with cables, connectors, camera mounted interfacing junction box as applicable, explosion proof connecting conduits, glands and other accessories as per OEM recommendation. as per specifications . Field mounted junction box for termination of cable from telecom rack shall be as per separate SOR line item.

Day-Night Colour IP PTZ Dome Camera with 25X to 35X Optical Zoom, minimum 10X Digital Zoom alongwith IP 66 weatherproof , industrial grade power supply, camera interfacing junction box as applicable, lightning & surge protection and suitable mount complete with cables, connectors, required interfaces etc. as per tender specifications.

Network Video Recorder hardware as per specifications. The NVR Server shall be rack mount suitable for installation in Server Cabinet.

Network Video Recorder software complete including licensed Operating System Software & licensed software for Network Video Recorder as per specifications. (40 camera licenses).

Client Workstation along with licensed Operating System Software, Keyboard with Joystick along with required cables, connectors, interfaces complete as per specifications.

Licensed Video Monitoring & Control Software for Client Workstation complete as per specifications (( Here 1 SET means for license for all client work stations supplied at Mundra station))

Installation Materials for CCTV system i.e. Networking & Optical fibre accessories including OFC cable conduit, wall mount cabinet, pig tails, patch cords, media converters/ interface converters, connectors, Patch panels, Fibre Distribution Boxes, surge protection devices , power supply convertors, MCBs/ Isolator Switches, power cables for input power ,required cables for taking power supply from Owner's UPS System/ Battery Charger to CCTV system, all required Installation Material including Cable Trays, PVC conduits, casing pipes, clamps, screws etc. as per specifications .

Field mounted Explosionproof & Weatherproof IP65 Junction Box for Ex-proof Camera/field cameras with suitable cable glands, plugs, Fiber termination patch panel, MCB, media convertor etc complete in all respects for installation of exproof camera/field camera. The junction shall be used for installation of network switch and optical accessories, power supply etc for CCTV system as applicable .

8 port Industrial Grade Ethernet Switch ( 10/100/1000 MBPS LAN) with networking software, cables & connectors etc. complete in all respects as per tender specifications

SERVICES

Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of complete CCTV System which includes laying of all types of cables from owner's power system, extension of earthing, commissioning of camera, all filed junction boxes, termination/laying of all types of cables/OFC , NVR, client machines, LED etc all items as per BOM of CCTV system to complete the work in all respect as per scope and technical specifictaions of the tender at Attended Station, Including interfacing with existing CCTV surveillance as per scope of work of the tender.

CABLE TRENCH: Excavation in unpaved areas of earth in work sites for conventional cable trenches for a depth upto 1.5 metres including shoring, strutting etc. (if necessary), backfilling the trench, job complete in all respects, including removal of paver block all labour and materials complete as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge

Cable Laying- Laying of all type of cables LT (PVC / XLPE / Armoured/Unarmoured/Power/ Control/ Signalling) in trenches, in cable racks, in trays, in protective pipes, poles,columns, in conduits, in panels and on structures etc.;including the supply and installation of all required materials such as fixing clamps ,screws, cable straps, tags etc. as required (other than the supply of the conduits, cables, pipes, cable racks, trays, poles, structures and panels) complete in all respect, including cost of all labour, tools, consumable materials etc. and cutting the cables in required lengths as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.Power cables LT : OD upto 20 mm

Laying of HDPE Pipe in trenches/ walls/ trays/pipes/ concrete structure/ panels etc. as per specifications & drawings & blowing/ laying of Owner supplied Optical Fibre Cable in HDPE pipe, carrying out end to end testing of laid Optical fibre cables by taking OTDR traces and submitting the OTDR trace printouts to Site Engineer/ Engineer-in-charge. The job includes the supply and installation of required materials such as fixing clamps, screws, tags etc. as required to complete the job in all respects as per drawings and directions of Site Engineer/ Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour, tools & tackles, test instruments, materials etc. The job includes handing over the tested cables to the Telecom / Control System Works Contractor in commissioning of Local Area Network.

Supplying and spreading of approved quality of fine dry river sand in cable trenches as per drawings, specifications and directions of Site Engineer/ Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, transport, load and lift charges, labor, tools & tackles complete in all respects

Supply and laying of approved quality 75 mm thick second class brick flat soling with sand filling in the interstices, in cable trenches for protectionincluding the cost of all brick and sand, labour, load and lift charges , tools and tackles etc , as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, erection & installation of MS cable markers, including excavation, installation of the markers, cement concrete grouting, backfilling, materials, labour, tools and tackles, consumables etc , as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge
