Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissiong of 16 meter height raising/lowering type hot dipped galvanized High Mast shaft in two section with top dia and thickness 150 mm, 3mm respectively and bottom dia 450mm, 4mm,PCD 590 mm with the base plate of 670 mm X 525 mm respectively suitable for wind velocity as 50 m/sec, alongwith Head frame sliding galvanized lantern carriage capable of moving up and down the mast complete with self aligning mechanism guides and capable of receiving 8 Luminaire, raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope (7/19 construction), 5 CoreX2.5 Sqmm PVC Sheathed Trailing cable with industrial plug and socket Connectors as required, Integral power tool three phase 1 HP motor, manual handle, junction box, Heavy gauge hot dip galvanized lighting finial for protection of High Mast, lightning finial/spike with 1Cx35 sq. mm Copper armoured flexible cable shall be used as a down conductor from lightning finial to the bottom of High Mast.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactures from special steel alongwith nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template .. etc as required.

Supply & installation of TWIN/DOUBLE DOME GLS type aviation obstruction light complete as required. .

Supplying of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 36A TPN MCB incomer with RYB indication light, single dial time switch, 45A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 16sqmm and outgoing 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals complete as required. .

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour complete as required. .

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 2.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour complete as required.

Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete as required.

Execution of Soil bearing test for foundation of highmast pillars at the site complete as required.

Supply of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XPLE power cable of 1.1 KV grade armoured UG aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 part 1 with up-to-date amendment of the following size as required. 4 x 16 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Up to 35 Sq mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
