Provision of Drain Covers and Repairing of Existing Drain in Operational Area at Kullu Manali Airport

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/Ruled Pointing.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like

Cleaning of choked/blocked storm water drain (Runway/Apron side) including removing of all vegetation and making clear joints/grooves for pointing etc. complete of any diameter and sizes as per direction and satisfaction of EIC.

Providing and Fixing in position uPVC pipe of Dia 110mm for weep holes in drain and finishing all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Note :- Bid with NIL/Blank/N.A/ZERO/Negative percentage rate quoted in BOQ will be rejected out rightly without giving any reason whatsoever. It will be considered as non-responsive Bid.
