CHAIR DINING LONG BACK (FD-357) (a) S & F new front leg chair dining long back made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of old unserviceable broken leg

(b) All as per item No. 1(a) here in before but rear leg of chair dining long back complete all as specified and as directed

(c ) All as per item No. 1 (a) here in before but front /side/rear of rails seat of chair dining long back complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed

(e) M & L re-polishing of complete exposed surface of dining chair long back after preparation of surface with one coat of french polish all as specified and as directed.

(f) M & L for replacement of unserviceable seat of chair dining long back and providing new seat with 50 mm thick foam cushion of 32 density made to shape as shown on drawing duly covered with leatherised rexine of best quality as approved by GE and fixed over 10 mm thick plywood complete all as specified shown on drwing and directed.

Repair to Table Bed Side (FD/E6/MAP/15 (R)) a) Removing of old unserviceable ply wood and provision of new ply wood 6mm thick, commercial fixed on back side of table, size as shown on drawing, ISI marked Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

b) Removing of old U/S sides of table bed side and S& F of new sides made of 18/19mm thick pre-lamininated particle board all as shown on drg and as directed.

(c) S & F as in replacement of unserviceable handle with new chromium plated D type steel handle 75mm for table bed side of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

d) Preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning & applying one coat of high class French polish till glossy finish Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

BED PLYTOP (FD-245, 246, 247) (a) S & F 12 mm thick commercial type BWR grade plywood top of bed plywood as in replacement of old unserviceable plywood top including tightening of loose frame/assembling of loose components complete all as specified and directed.

(b) S & F of head board including legs complete as shown drawing and FD-246 legs short rail and beading made of teak wood, inner battens of softwood and plywood 3 mm thick one side teak faced in replacement of unserviceable head board complete all as specified and directed.

(c ) All as per item No. 3.01 herein before but foot board complete all as specified and directed

(d) S & F in replacement long rail made of shisham wood size 90x35x1920 mm long for bed plywood top complete all as specified and directed

(e) M & L for repolishing of complete bed plytop after preparation of surface with french polish (one or more coat as required) complete all as specified and as directed

Repair to Table dressing gents with mirror (FD/E6/MAP/16) a) Removing of old unserviceable ply wood and provision of new ply wood 6mm thick, commercial fixed on back side of dressing mirror, size as shown on drawing, ISI marked Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

b) Removing of old U/S top and bottom sides of table dressing gents and S& F of new sides made of 18/19mm thick pre-lamininated particle board all as shown on drg and as directed.

c) Removing of old U/S verticle sides of table dressing gents and S& F of new sides made of 18/19mm thick pre-lamininated particle board all as shown on drg and as directed.

d) Removing US looking mirror and S&F of new looking mirror 5mm thick complete including wooden frame fixed with 6mm plywood back side of frame provided all as shown on drawing and as directed.

e) S&F in repairs RAWL plugs of approved quality complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

f) Preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning & applying one coat of high class French polish till glossy finish Complete all as shown in drgs and as directed.

Repair to TABLE DINING 06/08 PERSONS (FD- 239, 273, 289) (a) S & F new table top for dining 06 pers made of prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick exterior grade in teak finish duly covered with half round PVC edgining in black colour or approved colour on open ends/all round/all around the table top irrespective of whatever is shown on drawing as in replacement of unserviceable/broken top complete all as specified, shown on drawing.

(b) S & F new table top for dining 08 pers made of prelaminated particle board 18/19mm thick exterior grade in teak finish duly covered with half round PVC edgining in black colour or approved colour on open ends/all round/all around the table top irrespective of whatever is shown on drawing as in replacement of unserviceable/broken top complete all as specified, shown on drawing.

(c) S & F new leg of table Dining 06/08 pers made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken leg complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed.

(d) S & F new front/rear rail of table dining 06/08 pers made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken rail complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed.

(e) S & F new side rail of table dining 06/08 pers made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken side rail complete all as specified shown on drawing and directed

(f ) M & L for repolishing of complete exposed surfaces of table dining 06 persons after preparation of surfaces with one coat of french polish complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to CHAIR DINING (FD- 279, 228, 285, 225, FD MAP-II/05) (a) S & F new front leg chair dining/wooden bottom made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of old unserviceable old broken legs

(e) Recanning of Chair dining with white plastic cane 2 mm wide gola type shah/premier brand, weaving shall be done in godrej pattern not more than 10 knots in one chair complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing of unserviceable cane and cleaning the Surfaces for recanning complete all as specified and directed.

(f) S & F of new PVC seat for chair dining and removing/replacement of old unserviceable complete all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by GE.

(g) M&L for flat iron of 540 mm long, 25 x 3mm strip supporting to base of chair dinning complete all as specified and as directed.

(h) M & L re-polishing of complete exposed surface of cahir dining after preparation of surface with one coat of french polish all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR EASY (FD-229, 201, 256) (a) S & F new front/rear leg of chair easy made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken leg complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per item No. 7.00(a) here in before but arm rest of chair easy complete all as specified and as directed

(c) All as per item No. 7.00(a) here in before but front/back support of chair easy complete all as specified and as directed

(d ) All as per item No. 7.00(a) here in before but front /side/rear of rails seat of chair easy complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed

(f) M & L re-polishing of complete exposed surface of chair easy after preparation of surface with one coat of french polish all as specified and as directed

(g) Recanning of wooden/steel furniture as per the requirement with white plastic cane 2 to 2.5 mm wide gola type shah/premier brand, weaving shall be done in godrej pattern not more than 10 knots in one chair complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing of unserviceable cane and cleaning the holes for recanning complete all as specified and directed

Repair to SOFA SET 5/4 SEATER WITH CUSHION (FD 281) (a) Supply of foam cushion of size 21"x 22"x 100 mm thick of 32 density for sofa set 5 seater of make sleep well/Kurlon cushion of M/s Kurlon ltd duly covered with tapesty cloth of approved quality and shade complete all as specified and directed Note :- Rate of tapestry cloth not less than that 220.00 per meter and standard width quality and shade shall be approved by GE.

(b) Supply of foam cushion of size 21"x 22"x 100 mm thick of 32 density for sofa set 4 seater of make sleep well/Kurlon cushion of M/s Kurlon ltd duly covered with tapesty cloth of approved quality and shade complete all as specified and directed Note :- Rate of tapestry cloth not less than that 220.00 per meter and standard width quality and shade shall be approved by GE.

(c ) M & L for repolishing of complete exposed surfaces of sofa chair 5 seater after preparation of surfaces with one coat of french polish complete all as specified and directed

(d) M & L for repolishing of complete exposed surfaces of sofa chair 4 seater after preparation of surfaces with one coat of french polish complete all as specified and directed

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75 (M)) (a) Removing existing unserviceable seat of chair CB steel with arms. Cleaning rebated portion and welding wherever required, smoothing with emery paper and painting with one or more coat required with synthetic enamel paint OG to steel frame

(b) Supply and fixing of new seat of chair CB steel with arms made out of 2nd class hardwood (Shisham) duly painted and canning with cane plastic 1.8mm thick Godrej pattern and border with 3.5 mm cane plastic and fixing the same with appropriate size of nuts & bolts to steel frame as shown on drg and as directed.

(c ) S & F New back rest frame for steel chair CB with arms steel made of 2nd class hardwood of size 480x350mm/440x380mm/460x360mm duly painted complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing the unserviceable hand rest and S & F new suitable hand rest for chair CB steel made of hard PVC hand rest and fixing with screws all as shown in drg and as directed

(e) S & F flat iron strip 500x25x3 mm two Nos under each seat fixed with running welding to steel frame duly providing holes for screws and all as directed

(f) S & F flat iron strip 500x25x3 mm two Nos back of chair fixed with running welding to steel frame duly providing holes for screws and all as directed

CHAIR WRITING (FD-20(M), 202, 250, 280 ) (a) S & F new front leg of chair writing made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken leg complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per item No. 10.00(a) here in before but rear leg of chair writing complete all as specified and as directed

(c) All as per item No. 10.00(a) here in before but arm rest of chair writing complete all as specified and as directed

(d ) All as per item No. 10.00(a) here in before but front /side/rear of rails seat of chair writing complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed

(b) S & F new leg of teapoy made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken leg complete all as specified and directed

(c ) S & F new front/rear rail of teapoy made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken leg complete all as specified and directed

(d) S & F new side rail of teapoy made of shisham wood of size and shape/pattern as in replacement of unserviceable/broken leg complete all as specified and directed

(e) M & L for repolishing of complete exposed surfaces of teapoyafter preparation of surfaces with one coat of french polish complete all as specified and directed

TRESTLE STORE ROOM WOODEN (FD - 86 (M)) (a) Replacement of unserviceable top rails of trestle store room wooden and S &F of new top rails 2240x100x100 mm (Sal wood) wrought with bamboo pins 10 mm dia and fevicol by making tenon/groove joints of size and section duly plain on all sides complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

(b) All as per item No. 13.00 (a) herein before but middle rails of size 2041x60x100 mm complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

(c ) All as per item No. 13.00 (a) herein before but stiffener of size 660x100x65mm complete all as specified,shown on drawing and directed.

(d) All as per item No. 13.00 (a) herein before but legs of size 100x100mm at top and 75x75mm at bottom and height 405 mm complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

(e) M & L for scrapping with emery paper on painted surface of trstle store room wooden and applying two coats as synthetic enamel paint of tint/colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge etc. complete all as shown in Drg and as specified.

(b) M & L for repolishing of complete exposed surface of table office officer's/clerk wooden after preparation of surface with french polish complete all as specified and directed.

(b) S & F 1904 mm long 32 mm bore ISI marked GI pipe medium grade long rail including threading on both ends (one side 22mm and another side 44mm) and fixing the same to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed as in replacement

(c ) Converting of broken long rail retrived in replacement from item No. 17.01 (b) here in before into two short rail of size 824 mm long threading on both ends upto 22 mm and fixing the same to charpoy GI frame complete all as specified and directed

(d) Converting of broken short rail retrived in replacement from item No. 17.01 (b) here in before into two legs of size 400 mm long threading on both ends upto 22 mm and fixing the same to charpoy GI frame complete all as specified and directed.

(e) S & F in replacement three ways GI Elbow 32mm size 60mm long make Jolly/RK/ISI marked as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

(f) S & F in replacement 6mm thick check nuts as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

(g) Preparation of legs of GI pipe out of broken short rail after cutting and threading and made suitable for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH STEEL Recanning of Chair verandah steel with white plastic cane 4 mm wide gola type shah/premier brand, weaving shall be done in godrej pattern not more than 10 knots in one chair complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing of unserviceable cane and cleaning the Surfaces for recanning complete all as specified and directed

M & L for steel painting of complete exposed surfaces of chair verandah steel after preparation of surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

ALMIRAH LARGE/MED STEEL WITH SELVES/LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-67, 1031, 1029, 1034, 1032) (a) Removing of dent and bent and preparation the old painted surface of Almirah large steel as per as per drawing no. FD-1031 67 (M) esternally by redusting the cleaning oily/greasy spots patches by kerosene oil, scrapping and sanding flacky surfaces, applying putty and primer on visible depression and repainting of one coat of synthetic enamel paint (OG)/Smoke grey with spray machine complete all as specified and directed

(b) All as per item No. 19.00(a) herein before but internally with shelves complete all as specified and directed.

(c ) Removing of dent and bent and preparation the old painted surface of Almirah Med steel as per as per drawing no. FD-1032/ 67 (M) externally by redusting the cleaning oily/greasy spots patches by kerosene oil, scrapping and sanding flacky surfaces, applying putty and primer on visible depression and repainting of one coat of synthetic enamel paint (OG)/Smoke grey with spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

(d) All as per item No. 19.02 (c ) herein before but internally with shelves complete all as specified and directed

(e) Removing of dent and bent and preparation the old painted surface of Locker bed side steel as per as per drawing No. 1029 externally by redusting the cleaning oily/greasy spots patches by kerosene oil, scrapping and sanding flacky surfaces, applying putty and primer on visible depression and repainting of one coat of synthetic enamel paint (OG)/Smoke grey with spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

(f) All as per item No. 19.04 (e) herein before but internally with shelves complete all as specified and directed.

(g) S & F as in replacement of unservicealble lock with new lock having duplicate key of same size/specification to Almirah large steel/Medium/small stee//Locker bed side steel of approved quality complete all as specified and directed

(h) S & F as in replacement of unserviceable handle with new chromium plated steel handle of same size /specification to Almirah large steel/Medium/small stee//Locker bed side steel of approved quality complete all as specified and directed

(j) S & F as in replacement of unserviceable locking device set complete including locking bar, lever and cover with 3 way new locking device set to Almirah large steel/Medium/small stee//Locker bed side steel of approved quality complete all as specified and directed
