SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF OR MD ACCN BLDG NO P 179 P 918 P 919 AND P 922 OF ABOD AT BANAR UNDER GE BANAR

Taking down cement plaster icluding old water proofing treatment from roof surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified.

M&L for Water based UV resistant elastomeric polyurethene water proofing treatment in following stages (i) applying primer over the prepared concrete surface with water based polyurethene primer. (ii) Apply first coat of approx 0.75 Kg/Sqm f polyurethene liquid membrane (iiI) Laying Roll in the polyurethene primer (water based) and ensure that there are no bubbles or creases overlapping minimum 5cm. (iv) Apply second coat of approx 0.25 Kg/sqm -0.5 Kg/Sqm coat right (v) After the two coats are dry, seal the roof area with one or more additional coats of polyurethene liquid membrane water based MAKE:- Sikalastic®-560/ShaliUrethane® BTD or equivalent in Fosroc Chamicals as approved by GE Note-The Water proofing treatment should be done trained and authorized by manufacturer.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store yard complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 5.00 here-in-above, but size 20 mm bore tubing

All as per item No. 5.00 here-in-above, but size 25 mm bore tubing

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore, galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls celling or laid in floors complete all as specified.
