GENERAL OFF SEASON CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE JOBS FOR PREPARATION OF SUGAR PLANT AT HBL SUGAULI
Inside & Outside cleaning & Painting of 30 feet clarifier, its juice coil, clear juice tower, flush tank & connected railing and applying used oil/ R.O. Primer etc. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, used oil/ R.O. Primer, consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.
Cleaning inside of all vapor pipes 12 nos. of evaporator/all pan & inside vapour pipes, save-all (inside), internal bodies and bottom saucer of 9 nos. Pan and applying used oil etc. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, used oil, consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.
Inside cleaning and painting / oil of 4 nos. vacuum crystallizer, 3 nos. dry seed crystallizer, 2 no. mono-vertical crystallizer, 10 nos. air cooled crystallizer. Rate to include labor, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, used oil/ R.O. primer, consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quote on Lump sum basis.
Inside cleaning and painting/ Oil of injection and spray header. Job includes labor, supervision, and personal protective equipment’s. Rate to include labor, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.
Cleaning & white washing of spray pond, injection tunnel & injection pit including removal of sludge, mud, extraneous material. Rate to include labor, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, lime, consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.
Cleaning & white washing of Effluent Treatment Plant including collecting sump tanks, primary clarifier, secondary clarifier, aeration tank, equalization tank pretreated tank etc. Job includes labor, supervision, and personal protective equipment’s. Required cleaning material, lime, consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.
White washing inside and outside of factory building wall including drier house, Boiling house. Job includes labor, supervision, and personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, lime, consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.
Chipping of inside surfaces of shells, tube plates, piping’s of bodies of 10 Nos. of Old Evaporator sets (A & B) and applying used oil etc. Rate to include labor, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, used oil, consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.
Chipping of inside surfaces of shells, tube plates, and piping’s of (5 No’s) bodies New Evaporator set (3500TCD) and applying used oil etc. Rate to include labor, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, used oil, consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.
Dismantling & cleaning of M.O.L. pump delivery & return Line from pump to" juice sulphiter, to the diffuser, to filtrate tank & to injection channel" & then refitting of pipes. Rate to include labor, supervision, personal protective equipment’s, etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.
Removal of old/ defective Sulphur furnace refractory, cleaning & re-casting of all 4 nos. Rate to include labor, supervision, personal protective equipment’s, etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on the lump sum basis.
Rotary Vacuum filter both inside & Outside cleaning and painting/Oil with its accessories.Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on the lump sum basis.
Juice Sulphitor & Both Syrup Sulphitor inside & Outside Cleaning and Painting/Oil with its accessories. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on the lump sum basis.
Pan Station Syrup with Molasses Tanks inside cleaning and painting/oil with its accessories. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on the lump sum basis.
L, M & S Sugar Bins inside Cleaning and Painting with its accessories. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on the lump sum basis.
