Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer voltage rating HT11/0.433 KV (11KV on HT side and 433 volts on LT side), out door type, of capacity 200 KVA, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, oil cooled , core type , floor mounted , Delta/star connected maximum losses as defined in vector group DYN 11, double copper wound ONAN manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to varry secondary voltage from minus 7.50 % to plus 7.50 % in four steps with a steps of + 2.5 % continuous rating of capacity 200 KVA including cable box on both HT & LT side .The transformer shall be completed with all standard fittings and accessories, guages, with first filling of transformer Oil upto indication level etc and confirming to IS :1180 or latest IS, fittings and accessories of transformers shall confirm to IS 3639-1996 and as amended and duly mounted on rollers as per load bearing capacity of transformer and the transformer shall have the following fittings/accessories fitted complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Cost of RCC foundation for transformer (2.50mtr x 2.50 mtr x 1.25 mtr) and one side ramp for moving of transformer, cattle fencing up to 1.50 mtr height all-around up to 2.5 mtr width from the transformer corner to fence and suitable MS gate and locking arrangement as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Cost of RCC foundation,cattle fencing MS gate and other allied charges shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and laying connecting & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminiium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq. mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying connecting & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminiium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3.5 core 185 sq. mm laid in trenches/through pipes/ducts/walls and including cable connections with nacessary aluminum lugs duly crimped properly and stainless steel glands, nuts, bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 5.00 here-in-before but 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 core 150 sq. mm

S&F 11 KV out door type Air Break gang operated device of rating 200 Amps, triple pole, vertical type,mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators and steel channel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level with GI tubing 25 mm dia medium grade with operating handle and locking arrangement including seven lever navtal lock and providing ACSR conductor jumpers duly crimped with lugs, connecting to existing 11 KV supply and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 9.00 here-in-before but indoor termination heat shrink type joint suitable for 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm

S&F HT 11 KV out door expulsion type lightning arrestor of transmission class having discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps including mounting accessories complete fixed on cross arms of 4 pole structure and connected with ACSR conductor & earthing connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F drop out fuse unit expulsion type for air break gange operated switch single pole mounted on and including insulators for 11KV working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nut,bolts and washers etc, synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line taps and suitable for current carrying capacity upto 50Amps and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried dirctly in ground with earth pit not lesss than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of (32 x 6) mm earthing lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 32 mm bore (light grade) including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size (30x30x10)cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged type poles 11 metrs long,pole weight approximately 175 Kg to 183 Kg, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing,ISI marked complete with all accessories such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts, nuts, screws,washers and drilling of holes for continious GI earth wire as specified type 410 SP-53 and conforming to IS:2713-1980 including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed make as approved. Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated in structural steel sections including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending, fabrication, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat zink primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregateS) for making good cutting portion, mass concrete, filling of foundations etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for making good cutting portion coping of pole and filling of foundation etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Top surface of pole coping to making smooth finishing and white washing made by the contractor cost deemed into quoted rete only.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using(40 mm graded stone aggregate ) for making good distrubed road surfaces including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying pre-cast concrete cable covers, class HV type 1, flat and size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for protection of HT under ground cable complete all as directed.

Supply and laying bricks burnt clay bricks sub class 'B' for cable of size (250 x 125 x 75)mm for protection under ground cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 80 mm dia galvanized iron tube, light grade, for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc complete all as specified and directed.

Boaring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0 Mtr below the road surface) with the help of GI tubing of dia not exc 100mm for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Filling sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness will be measured for payment.)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide, exc 1.50m depth and n exc 03 mtr in depth; for foundation etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as directed.

Supply, install,, testing and commissioning LT panel board outdoor type of size 1600mm long x 1600mm width x 600mm depth suitable for working on 03 phase, 04 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz cubical and shall have air ventilation arrangement, IP-54 protection floor mounted, free standing , dust and vermin proof, made out of 3.15mm thick at outer sheet and 2.00mm thick at internal compartments CRCA sheet and nacessry angle/ flat irons duly powder coated, hinged doors with rubber gasket, handles. Panel shall have front and rear opening, ocking arrangement, cable alloys, cable entry holed for incoming and out going cables, busbar chamber and switch gear compartment, see through glass for ndicator lamps, control copper wiring and safety fuses, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminum busbar fixed on DMC/SMC insulators and all incoming and outgoing internal connection should be connected suitable rating aluminum busbars only with RYB color code sleeves/taps and the panel will be mounted on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle iron frame of height 45 CM above GL as per site requirement and below GL 45 CM and including connecting up of existing incoming and out going cables by using new aluminum lugs and cable glant and connecting of earth strip and providing civil work/PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B-1 with studs, bolts nuts and washers as per requirement and including comprising of following are given below notes of Srl No 29:-
