(ii) Value of Earth Resistance shall not be more than 5.0ohm.

Taking out of existing earth wire etc and demolition of earth pit chamber complete all as specified and directed

Lifting of submersible pump set any description from borewell including column pipe and submersible cable and lowering of pump in bore well after development of borewell/on repair including replacement of column pipes if required and will be directed by Engr in Charge. Note: 1. cost of disconnecting pipe from header/cables from panel shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Column pipe replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respected item.

Cleaning of SWT capacity of 10000Gln water throughly by removing mud grits etc complete all specified and directed. Notes:- rates quoted shall deemed included for following :- (i) Cleaning inner surfaces of tanks complete with scraping with steel wire bruses, pressure wash,removing mud,sludge collected inside the tank manually,removal of mud to a distance not exceeding 50mts. (ii) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder or with high streanth calcium choride mixture thoroughly internally removing left out sludge if any to a distance not exceeding 50mts including wiriting capcaity of SWT, cleaning dates,due dated for cleanig with black synthetic enamel pump with existing pattern. (iii) cost of applying 02 coats of duraguard (cement based polymer/acrylic modified highly flexible water proofing coating) on inside surface after preparations.

Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of DG set of Cap 25 to 30KVA by Rep of authorised service centre as per manufacturer manual and checking of fuel supply system, Lubrication system, cooling system, battery ignition system and rectification of defect, inspection/testing of engine and alternator for smooth functioning of the DG set and including the replacement of following :- (i) Fuel/ lub filter one set (ii) Coolent in radiator (iii) Testing of engine control panel (iv) Cleaning of radiator, minor repair of leakages to be rectified. (v) Hose pipe set (vi) Fuel pipe/lubricant pipe (vii) Engine oil. Make of DG set: Kirloskar/Cummins Note: (i) The rates shall be deemed to be inclussive of one visit per quarter & breakdown complaints and repairs. (ii) Worn out parts repair/replacement if any other than above shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) periodical maintenance to be carried out by respective OEM only.
