Construction of Head Works Earthwork in excavation of foundation of Headwork in all types of soils as per design and drawing including dressing the foundation, shoring etc. removing the surplus spoils by head lead to a safe distance, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10 cm cube with compensation all complete as directed at site (including bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary). (i)Ordinary soil(Top soil)

(ii)In soil mixed with gravel & and boulder upto 30cm size

Supply of 'Z'- type sheet piles having weight @ 68.30 kg/ RM of 0.69 m width including carriage to work site as directed.Sheet piles are provided along all four sides to avoid under ground cross flow.

Labour for placing in position of imported Z- type sheet piles including cutting to proper size and making holes etc. and driving it to the specified level and lines including painting sheet piles with two coats of anti- corrosive bituminous paints (piles to be embedded shall not be painted) including carriage from departmental go- down complete as directed.

Supplying, fitting, fixing & laying M.S./ Tor Steel of all sizes in position as per design and(black) complete as directed including cost of all materials.

Reinforced C.C. work in prop. 1: 2: 4 with aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm free from dust, dirt & foreign materials with proper reinforcement as per design and drawing including rodding/ vibrating, curing etc. with bailing out of water where necessary complete as directed. (payment of reinforcement will be made separately) A. With shuttering & with dewatering-

12 mm thick cement plastering including clearing the surface and curing etc. complete as directed (Prop. 1: 3).

Supplying of quick setting concrete admixer of specified brand including loading unloading,carriage to the work site completed as directed.

Collection & supply of one man size hard river boulder of size 23 cm to 30 cm including loading, unloading, stacking at measurable stacks at site not more than 1.00 m height including paying forest royalty, sales tax etc. including local carriage to work site etc.

Labour for pitching with one man size boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope pitching etc. with local carriage of boulders from a distance of 50 m with lift upto 3 m complete as directed.

Collection of grave including stacking at suitable placeat quarry site free from dust ,dirt and other foreing impurities paying forest royalty etc.as directed.

Labour for spreading hard river gravel/ broken stone of size 13 mm to 38 mm to required thickness including ramming and dressing the seat before laying the materials complete as directed including all local carriage etc. complete as directed.

Supplying and laying filter ‘bajri’ in the gaps between the cement concrete blocks complete as directed. (6 mm to 19 mm size aggregate).

Supplying, fitting and fixing 38 mm dia G.I. pipe (Tata) railing in three rows including two coats silver painting etc.

Supplying, fabricating, fitting and fixing the steel gates of Cross and Head Regulator as per design and drawing and specifications including supplying, fabricating, fitting and fixing operating platform including supplying steel beam, channel sections, Rubber Seal etc. embedded partly where necessary and manual operated hoisting equipments including carriage of all materials to work site complete as directed.

Earth work in back filling of structure with earth obtained from out side borrow pits & filling in 15 cm. layers, ramming, dressing & competition and watering including paying compensation of land if any (with lead up to 3M and lift 1.50M).

Construction Guide Bund Earth work in all soils in canal embankment & bed filling as per designed section and grade by truck carriage from a minium distance of 4 K.M. including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any, loading, unloading & making stacks not more than 1 M height & then spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick including clearing light jungles removing trees upto 15 cm. dia. & uprooting roots & stumps etc. from the seat of embankment breaking clods to not more than 10 mm cubem ramming, dressing, roughening the seat of embankment, profilling etc. with all lift complete as directed (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50 % shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity)a) Ordinary Soil

Collection & supply of one man size hard river buolder of size 23 cm. to 30 cm. including loading, unloading, stacking in measurable stacks at site not more than 1 m. height including paying forest royalty sales tax. etc. including local carriage to work site (Distance from quarry to work site = 50.00 km.)

Labour charge for pitching with one man size Boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to prpper size and slope pitching etc. with local carriage of Boulder from a distance of 50 M with lift up to 3 M complete as directed.

Construction of 1.00 M x 1.00 M boulder sausage including supplying of materials with 25 cm to 30 cm size boulders collecting from a lead of 25 KM encased in 15 cm mesh of 8G hexagonal wire netting and filling the voids between the boulders with stone not exceeding 18 cm in size tied with 8 G galvanised tying wire at 30 cm apart,laid in positiion as directed including necessary forest royalty including providing 1(one) no. of jati bamboo horizontal runner along the top of the sausage with vertical bhaluka bamboo post 1.20 m apart driven at least 0.60 m below ground and tying with sausage etc. all completed as directed.

Construction of Afflux Bund Earth work in all soils in canal embankment & bed filling as per designed section and grade by truck carriage from a minium distance of 4 K.M. including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any, loading, unloading & making stacks not more than 1 M height & then spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick including clearing light jungles removing trees upto 15 cm. dia. & uprooting roots & stumps etc. from the seat of embankment breaking clods to not more than 10 mm cubem ramming, dressing, roughening the seat of embankment, profilling etc. with all lift complete as directed (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50 % shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity)a) Ordinary Soil

Construction of Diversion Channel & Dam Earth work in excavation of Diversion / Feeder Channel to the design section and grade by depositing the spoils in the form of embankment on either side of the designed section and grade in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles & trees upto 15 cm dia,uprooting roots and stumps from the sheet of embankment and canal,free from all vegetation including breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube,ramming,dressing,bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary complete as directed with lead up to 30 m & lift up to 1.50 m.
