M&L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut granite of approved colour in skirting/ dado, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over and including 10 mm thick rendering base in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dholpur stone with hammer dressed facework ( with max depression from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm ), about 40mm high, 75mm deep in straight course, laid & jointed in cement & stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with admixture of white cement & Dholpur stone dust 1:1 & incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dholpur stone cladding 16 to 18mm thick gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.25 sqm area and not exceeding 0.5 sqm fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat 30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment complete all as specified & directed.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for GVT (Glazed vitrified tile) tiles of size 600x1200mm and thickness 8 to 10mm (colour and pattern in dark/light shade as approved by GE), on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for non skid glazed ceramic tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 10 to 12 mm thick light coloured, (square/rectangular) as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for jodhpur stone jalli of 40-50mm thick in any size and in side shape, as approved by GE, with asthetic view including pillers/frames/posts (thumbly) complete all as directed. Note : Measurement shall be carried out including frame/posts.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint , over a coat of chalk whiting all as directed.
