Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m in width and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil from the trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm in thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in cable trenches for providing cushioning for the cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Only punned thickness will be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and lay fly ash building bricks of sze 200x100x80mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting existing road / PCC drain for taking out / laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (Using 20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 50mm dia. light grade for cable protection and sealing the pipe both ends with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installed hi wall split unit indoor/out door single phase driven at 230 Volts and 50Hz frequency complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for batter indoor air quality control with minimum 4 star rating as per BEE and having ISEER not less than 3.5 capacity 2 ton working on rotary compressor and copper condensor with outdoor stand/bracket including drain pipe line AC indoor unit to ground level complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Minimum warranty on compressor shall not be less than 05 years and the warranty certificate shall be submitted along with paid voucher.

S&F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & desigened for input variation between 150 Volts to 285 Volts with output voltage stabilizer 230 Volts with accuracy of +2.5 % and capacity of 5 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Minimum warranty voltage stabilizer shall not be less than 03 years and the warranty certificate shall be submitted along with paid voucher.

M&L for concealed point wiring PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with two runs of 4 Sq.mm FRLS copper conductor single core multi strand 1100 Volts grade drawn through PVC conduit of suitable size and concealed metal box including one run of 4 Sq.mm earth wire copper insulated wire connected to common earth dolly for 6/16 Amps socket and AC power socket complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring, surface, with two runs of 6 Sq.mm. PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor single core multi stranded and one run of insulated copper earth wire 6 Sq.mm. drawn through PVC casing and capping or recessed as per site requirement of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
