Shifting work of 15 KVA DG set along with electrical equipments and laying of UG cables from existing Power House to vacant staff Quarter at Chandrabhaga Lighthouse

Labour charges for Shifting of 15 KVA silent Genset from existing Power House to courtyard of the vacant staff quarter of approx. 130 mtrs distance and placed the genset on the foundation bed by making Brick work with cement mortar for making foundation bed of size- 2 mtr X 1.5 mtr X 0.3 mtr.

Labour charges for Re-installation, Testing and Commissioning of 15 KVA DG set. With all connection Including 02 nos earthing connection (Genset Body and Neutral).

Supply of 10 sq mm, 3-core, copper, single strand, pvc sheathed, armored, XLPE , 1100 volt grade U.G cable with connection.(From Genset to Busbar). See section- 6.1.3

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. (For Genset earthing- 02 nos and For equipment earthing- 01 no.) (DSR 2018-5.2)

Providing and laying 6-SWG G.I wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required. ( For Genset earthing- 20 mtr and For equipment earthing- 10 mtr.) (DSR 2018-5.7)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Up to 35 sq mm. (DSR 2018-7.4.1)

Supply of 4 sq mm, 3-core, copper, single strand, pvc sheathed, armored, XLPE , 1100 volt grade U.G cable with connection. (From vacant staff quarter to Lighthouse tower Main/Genset supply - 150 mtrs.) See section- 6.1.2

Supply of 2.5 sq mm, 3-core, copper, single strand, pvc sheathed, armored, XLPE , 1100 volt grade U.G cable with connection.(From vacant staff quarter to submergible Pump- 100 mtrs. And from vacant staff qtr to street light pole- 30 mtrs. from for qtr supply- 20 mtrs.) See section- 6.1.1

Supply of 10 sq mm, 4-core, copper, pvc sheathed, armored, XLPE , 1100 volt grade U.G cable with connection. (From vacant staff qtr to new Inspection qtr power supply.) See section- 6.1.4

Supply of 100 Amp, 440 volt, Porceling Kit Kat Fuse unit. Handle type. See section- 6.1.7

Supply of 100 Amp, 3-phase, 440 volt, 4-pole on load change over switch. Rotary type with Box. See section- 6.1.8

Supply of 100 Amp, 3-phase, 4-Pole, 440 volt, ICTP Main switch with Box. See section- 6.1.9

Supply of 100 Amp copper, 3-phase with neutral Busbar chamber. See section- 6.1.11

Supply of 2.5 sq mm copper, single core, multistrand, pvc FRSL cable. 90 mtr per coil. (colour- Red & Black) See section- 6.1.5

Supply of 4 sq mm copper, single core, multistrand, pvc FRSL cable. 90 mtr Per coil. (colour- Red & Black) See section- 6.1.6

Supply of electrical drill machine. Bosch GBM13RE Professional rotary drill machine. (600 watt, 13 mm) with each 5 nos Masonry and HSS drill bits. Masonry bit- 5 nos ( 5mm-2nos and 6mm-3nos) HSS bit- 5 nos (3mm,4mm,5mm, 6mm, 8mm,10mm) See section- 6.1.12

Supply of Angle Grinder machine 5" cutting blade. Bosch-GWS 900-125 S with each 5 nos , 5" concrete and iron cutting blade. See section- 6.1.13 Concrete blade 5’’- 5 nos Iron blade 5’’- 5 nos

Labour charges for removing of existing control panel, AVR and all electrical items like exhaust fan, switch boards, wiring pipes and cables etc.
