HIRING OF BUILDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING

Hiring of a ready-built Administrative Block/Office Building for establishment of the Office of the DIGP, RAF Range-III, Dehradun (Uttarakhand)-248001, having carpet area ranging from 8,000 Sq.ft. to 9,600 Sq.ft., complete in all respects with all civil, electrical, plumbing and sanitary services, including 02 (Two) Officer's Chambers with attached toilets (minimum size 12 ft × 16 ft each), 02 (Two) Security Rooms (minimum size 12 ft × 12 ft each), adequate office accommodation for officers and staff, conference/meeting room, reception and waiting area, record room, store room, pantry, separate toilets for male and female staff, sufficient parking space for official and visitors' vehicles, fire safety installations as per National Building Code and local statutory requirements, uninterrupted water supply, functional electrical installations, adequate illumination, power backup (where available), internet/telephone cabling provisions, approach road, boundary wall, proper drainage, housekeeping of common areas, structural maintenance and all allied facilities required for smooth functioning of the office. The premises shall be ready for immediate occupation, free from all encumbrances, maintained by the owner throughout the contract period and complete in all respects as per the Scope of Work, Terms & Conditions of the Tender and the directions of the Competent Authority. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, municipal levies, common area maintenance charges and owner's liabilities except electricity and water consumption charges, if payable separately as per the tender conditions.
