Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil abd disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 1 M from edge of cutting. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. P/L of hand packed stone boulder/soling (as applicable) in foundation and plinth incl compaction,consolidation/ramming, carriage BY MT to site of work,filling of voids complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, drains, etc

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in above plinth plinth including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12mm deep complete in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including curing.

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 mix including curing complete.

P/F of Structual Steel single section including Cutting, Welded hoisting and Placing in Position and applying a coat of primer complete.

Providing of Corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape. 0.50mm thick

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on steel work.

Carriage of material from approved source upto site of work by M/T sand stone aggregate at an avg. lead of 20 kms.
