Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, all as specified .

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors or above ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level)

Brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 , all as specified .

All as per srl item No. 3 above but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified.

15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface of brickwork and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified .

M&L for two coats of cement based paints incl preparation to newly plastered surfaces of walls incl priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc completed all as spd & dir.

Preparation of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, pillars, cornice etc (upto 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of weather proof paint Apex on wall and incl preparation of new painted surface over a coat of primer, all as specified .

M&L for one coat of weather proof paint Apex on wall and incl preparation of old painted surface, all as specified .

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded agg) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block , rubber moulded, PU coated, glossy finished, any shape and size of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and incl 50mm thick sand cusion complete all as spd.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, etc. and in similar works including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works,all as specified .

Restraining,resecuring, including,making good,staples etc.existing Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings.

S&F M S Framed work such as grill, grating , etc with ends of bar shoulders and or riveted or forged in to spickes, framed guards baar iron doors ladders , raillings , frame work of water tank including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, Complete all as specified.

Supplied & fixed 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire,150 x 100 mm mesh ,made up into mattresses or cages ,lapped ,wired and laid in position ,including closing after filling .

Boulder filling dry ,handpacked tightly,as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire crate measured separately )

Cement cocrete M-10 (Nominal mix) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any discription ground to 2nd floors and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises complete all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations including rafts footings, foundations beams, plinth beams for coloumns etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of coloumns raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundations and plinth beams; and similar wirks; vertical or to batter for rough finshed flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments , parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attacthed pillasters, butteresses etc vertical or barter rough finished flat surfaces of concrete comlete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in walls. Retaining walls and like any thickness completee all as specified.

Formwork to sides of pillers posts, struts , Columns and stanchians fair finished finished , flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in Columns , piller, piers, post and struts and like completee all as specified.

TMT bars (Fe 500), 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

All as per above here in before but 8mm & over upto and including 12mm dia as in striups, spacers, blinders.

PVC Pipe 80 mm bore for drain out water.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
