Part II - Electrical and allied works

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - : 1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc as required.

Supply and laying MS pipes of matching diameter and thickness for DG set exhaust line including staright pipes, bends, elbows, flanges, nut, bolt, expansion joints if necessary, insulation material ( rockwool, ceramic fiber), clamps and supports for DG set etc as directed by Engineer in charge.

COS ( Change Over Switch) ENCLOSURE : Supply and installation of 160A 4P Change Over Switch (COS) with enclosure including all cost of material and labour charge etc and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Make: L&T/ Schneider/Havells/Indo/Asian/Equivalent Make)

LT CABLE LAYING : Supply and laying of the following sizes of 1.1 kV grade XLPE insulated armoured and sheathed Aluminium / Copper conductor cable as per standards and specifications in built up trenches / wall / directly in ground/trays/pipes etc.as per site conditions including supply & fixing of necessary clamping materials if required. 3.5C x 95 Sq.mm Al armoured Cable

LT EXISTING CABLE LAYING : Laying of departmentally supplied cables of following sizes of 1.1 kV grade XLPE insulated armoured and sheathed Aluminium / Copper conductor cable as per standards and specifications in built up trenches / wall / directly in ground/trays/pipes etc.as per site conditions including supply & fixing of necessary clamping materials if required. 3.5C x 95 Sq.mm Al armoured Cable

TERMINATION : Supply and making end termination of the above cables including gland earthing, supply of brass compression type glands, Aluminium lugs, etc. as complete. 3.5C x 95 Sq.mm Al armoured Cable

Supply, laying and giving termination to the following Cu strips and wires for effective earthing of the system. 25x3mm Cu and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and laying of Copper Earth Bench made of 25x3mm copper as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and providing Plate Earthing as per IS 3043 with 600 X 600 X 6 mm CI earth plate, 25 mm GI Watering pipe fixed to the earth plate with 25x3 mm Cu clamps, filling required quantity of earthing compound excluding excavation of Earth pit, construction of Earth pit inspection chamber etc as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, Fabrication, and erection of cable tray using MS angle, Flat etc complete including cutting, hoisting, fixing in positiion etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply, fix and connect 11 KV Cast Resin Current Transformer (CT) suitable for indoor applications Ratio 5 /5A, Class 0.2S, Burden 10 VA as per KSEBL Specifications

Approvals: Preparation of drawings, getting approval from the Electrical Inspectorate/KSEB for getting sanction for regularising connected load and MD Reduction, complying all formalities with Electrical Inspectorate/KSEB. Including testing of CTs at KSEB's TMR Unit. (statutory charges under the scope of client.)

Part III - AMC charge for 82.5 KVA DG set through authorized delaer including traveling expenses and incidental expenses after the DLP period of 36 Months
