Dismantling of of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings cement concrete reinforced of any description & in any position not specifically provided for and remove all material from MD Land up to 5 km as per directed.

M& L for preparation of old untreated steel/iron surface of any description over 10 cm in girth or width, priming with red oxide zinc chrome and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of any height for Pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet RMP coated with micro rib finish of min thickness 0.5mm for top and bottom sheet with 50mm rock wool insulation sandwiched between top and bottom sheet of an color having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, rock wool density min 100 kg/cum, fixed with stitch screw and EPDM washer sealant with Butyl sealant for leak proof construction. Panel having guard film in both internal and external surfaces, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- PPGL sheet make TATA/JSW and Panel should be GRIHA Certified.

Providing and fixing 0.71 mm thick Precoated color or mill finish Aluminum Ridges plain (500-600mm) of alloy IS designation 31500, Aluminum Alloy (AA) 3004 (ISO designation). For color, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/ tapping SS screws of size M6, 60 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal and SS plain washer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & fixing of Mild steel sheet thickness 1.25 mm and Dia 150mm eaves gutters, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Add item in S/No.18 Angles (internal or external) or nozzle pieces (Out lets) Drop ends (for spigot or socket ends) or nozzles Stop ends (for spigot or socket ends) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets with accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for false ceiling gypsum board 12mm thick fixed over grid of size 605x605mm made with anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling using hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including main runner along short span of size 50x50x.35mm . Main & cross runner (in any pattern/design as directed at site) fixed to suspended angle of size 15x15x.35mm to hang roof incl all necessary drilling and fixing screw etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
