Supplying and erecting partition I.e. upto soffit of the ceiling, beam, false ceiling, bulk head etc made of aluminium hollow tube (50 x 50 x 2) mm frame work for both vertical and horizontal members @ 600mm bothways linked horizontally and vertically, top runners bottom skirting end trims, corner posts both horizontal as per drawing and direction with all labour and materials. Supplying, fitting and fixing 8mm thick Laminated wooden Flooring Work conforming to EN13329:2006 with plank size not Iess than 1200 mm X 190 mm (with unilin/tongue-groove locking arrangement) having 0.2mm thk top abrasive layer over a decorative layer followed by a High-density fibreboard (HDF) having density > 850 kg/m3 substrate core over a rasin saturated backing layer and installing through unilin or tongue- groove system (having locking strength not less than 1000 kg/m) over a 2 mm thk underlayer polyurethene foam on polythene sheet 250 micron, over a smooth, flat, hard subfloor free from moisture (< 8%), grease etc. complete in all respect with requisite accessories like end profile, transition profile, reducer 'T' profile etc. wherever required and preparation of base including all other incidental works as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid U-1520 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c ) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200 mm / 600 mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c. The Main Runner to be placed @ 1200 mm. Dismantling of existing 5.5 Tr Ductable AC machine including ducting and reinstallation of the same in nearby location (IDU only) with required machinaries & equipments as required as per direction of EIC. The rate shall include Thorough maintenance (condensing coil wash with zet pump & leak test, evaporator coil wash & leak test, filter wash and other parts like compressor, condensing motor/fan, evaporator fan motor/bearings, TXV etc.) and thorough health check-up of existing Carrier make R-22/410, 5.5 TR duct-able AC machines . If some parts like compressor, condensing/evaporating fans, bearings, TXV etc. found damage will be changed and will be charged as extra. Testing & commissioning including Gas charging is included with rate.

Shifting and reinstallation of existing 2TR high wall split AC machine after Overhauling and thorough maintenance including Suitable gas charging as required.

DUCTING

SITC of GSS ducting of following thickness including necessary supports, adjustable dampers, vanes, necessary arrangementsfor connection with existing ducting including providing necessary M S angle/M S flat hanger support from true ceiling as per rules etc. complete.

THERMAL INSULATION

Supplying and fixing of 19 mm thick closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self-adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete.

ACCOUSTIC INSULATION

10 mm thick Acoustic insulation of duct with fire retardant, Open cell, tri-dimensional chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam insulation conforming to Class 0 fire propagation rating and having the minimum density of 32 kg/cu.m. Insulation material shall be supplied with factory-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive and protective cover.

SITC of powder coated extruded aluminium section, supply air diffusers with louvers but with volume control damper as required complete in all respect.

Supplying and installation of Power Coated ODU Angle for installation of Out door units with all accessories as required for Hi-Wall as well as Cassette Units.

Supplying and installation of MS Fabricated ODU Angle (50x50x6 mm) structure for installation of Out door unit with all accessories including ribbed neoprene VI Pads, painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc.

Dismantling of existing 5.5 Tr / 7.5 Tr. AC machine (IDU & ODU), AC pipes, ducts, diffusers, cables etc. and storing the same carefully at ground floor store room as per the direction of EIC.

SITC of EN54-5/7 standard complied Intelligent Addressable self decision making, microprocessor based Smoke detector, memory capacity up to 10 events with 360-degree visual indicator on each detector and being capable of addressed onsite adjustable parameter. The microprocessor’s non-volatile memory shall permanently store the detector’s serial number, device type and system address. The detector must have a removable chamber against dust and small insect. Detector should have Operating Temperature -10°C to +50°C, humidity 0 to 95% Relative Humidity, Noncondensing, with necessary fittings and fixtures.
