REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF GEYSER INCLUDING POINT WIRING AND ALLIED WORKS AT AFS KUMBHIRGRAM

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring including sunken MS boxes (Light, fans, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,call bell, pendants, regulators, socket etc by unscrewing from board carefully and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for point wiring for one socket point with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade in and including PVC capping and casing (double lock, ISI Marked) of suitable size with all necessary fittings along with 2.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair sheet metal encloser box including Plug and socket with 20 amps MCB (SP) with taking down old U/S existing complete all specifie an directed. (Make : Havells/ Anchor/ L&T).

Material and labour Sub main wiring using two runs of FRLS grade PVC insulated ,unsheathed ,stranded, copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm and one run of 6.0 Sqmm FRLSH grade PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core, copper wire to be drawn in and including 25 mm size PVC Conduit (medium grade) in Concealed wiring of suitable size including taking down old submain wiring with fittings & fixtures and all as specified.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB DB 8 way SPN double door suitable for 240 V, fixed on walls including blanking plate as per requirement and taking down unserviceable DBs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix miniature circuit breaker (MCBs) SPN , 240 Volt, 32-40 Amps, "C" series,10 KA breaking capacity, complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Minature circuit braker (MCBs) of any cap, 240 Volt (serviceable MCB SPN obtained from unserviceable DBs shall be reused) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 240 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Minature circuit braker (MCBs) of any cap, 240 Volt (serviceable MCB SP obtained from unserviceable DBs shall be reused) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair MCB DB CRCA sheet powder coated vertical type TPN 4 way double door factory made suitable for incorporating MCB as out going and MCBs as incoming complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB, TPN, AC, 415 volts IP-43 of 63 Amps capacity "C" series and making connections incl taking down unsv one complete all as specified & directed.

Refixing of MCB, TPN, AC, 415 volts IP-43 of 32 Amps capacity "C" series and making connections incl taking down unsv one complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting water and electric lines from geyser of any capacity, taking down geyser of any type/size and make, opening the plate and removing heating element, scraping and cleaning mud deposites on the heating element and inside surface of geyser for proper functioning of geyser (including replacement of worn-out / unserviceable items like heating element, thermostat, fusible plug etc) assembling the geyser and writing MES No complete including testing , hanging the geyser on its own position, connection with water pipe line complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately, as supply only items)

Supply only in repair thermostat ISI marked or as per sample for geysers 25 Ltrs capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repair fusible plug ISI marked or as per sample for 25 ltrs capacity Geysers all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repair 2.0/ 2.5 KW heating element of Geyser of exising make ISI Marked as per sample round / triangular bar, push type or thread type or as per sample including rubber washers complete all as specified and directed

Supply only MLD hot or cold water Stainless Steel Braided type geyser connection pipe with S.S nut of length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm chromium plated angular stop cock with flange Stop valves, cast copper alloy,screwed down,high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed but fancy type chromium plated all as directed

Material and Labour for Galvanized Iron water tubing " Medium Grade" with all fittings laid on wall 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 3-core pvc copper conductor of sizes 1.5 sq.mm with taking down of old unserviceable incoming cables of Geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 4 mm dia galvanised iron as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion
