Providing and laying in position (1:1½:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size). In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and fixing PVC WATER SEAL in construction joints as per design and drawing shall withstand the pressure to the tune of 5 kg/cm² of approved quality and conforming top relevant IS code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small pieces shall be avoided, the nominal width shall not be less than 305mm and the thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.00mm and shall withstand minimum hydro static pressure of 30m of water, including the cost of all materials, labourers, tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including incidentals involved as per specification, drawings and directive of Engineer – in – charge.

Supplying and fixing of fibre glass reinforced plastic FRP needle alongwith FRP quoted M.S. frame needles shall be made out of standard quality FRP composite materials. Smooth surfaces shall be provided from both the sides of the needles, toung and box groove shall be provided to the needles for interlocking in to each other. Box type groove protect the edges of the needles. Rubber seal size 15mm x 4mm thk shall be fixed into the groove for water tight performance. Handles shall be provided at two locations for lifting and lowering of the needle into the frame. FRP needles shall be tailor made sections as per size required at site for closing the bandharas the rates are as follows. For thickness of needle 115 + 3mm (hollow type) at centre and 65 + 3mm at ends from 2.00m to 4.00m water depth from top and width not more than 2m in clear span.

For thickness of needle 65 + 3mm (hollow type) from 00.00m to 2.00m water depth from top and width not more than 2m in clear span.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing & laying stone rip rap for talus with basaltic stones 60% of which shall comprises stones not less than 0.0425cum (1.50ft) in size each & remaining 40% and comprising well rubble not below the size of 0.0142 cum (½ft) including the cost of convenience of all materials, spreading and hand packing, wedging etc. for all leads etc. as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with vibratory roller to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MORTH specification 305
