Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., and precast concrete articles complete and remove the debris up to to a distance of 3 Km,or beyond the school premises all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description as in roofs (reinforncement cut as required to facilitate demolition), floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and remove the debris up to to a distance of 3 Km,or beyond the school premises all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) and remove the debris up to to a distance of 3 Km,or beyond the school premises all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including ranking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc and remove the debris up to to a distance of 3 Km,or beyond the school premises all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Dismantling floor carefully, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) without damage to existing structure/swimming pool removing serviceable tiles to store and remove the debris up to to a distance of 3 Km,or beyond the school premises all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: Any damage to the swimming pool area and existing structure shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost including grouting if any required as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each including making good for removal portion complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

All as per Item No.6 above but exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as directed.

M & L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Anti Termite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc., in apron complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, n.exc. 10 sqm on plan for foundations/laying of cable etc and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for packing of down take pipe of dia 150 to 200mm. The pipe to be fixed should be filed in order to provide a proper bond and the same to be aligned. The annular space around the rain water pipe shall be packed using Conbextra GP2 (or equivalent), a high strength free flow non shrink grout mixed water in ratio 0.16. The surface shall be suitably prepared using wire brush, primed with Nitobond SBR (or equivalent) on the core surface fixing leak free form work complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions by approved applicator and as directed by GE. M&L for Surface preparation, Cleaning and preparation of the substrate including grinding to which the waterproofing barrier applied must be carried out thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. Any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically. Release oil and other contaminants which may impair adhesion must be removed prior to the application. Surface shall be maintained in dry condition before applying waterproof coating. This rate includes water pond test (Pre & Post WP treatment). (a) BASKET FILTER : It cosist of 2 Nos (1 Working + 1 Standby) of capacity 192 cum/ hour trap coarse particle. It consists of suction and discharge control valves NRV and associated piping, MOC shall be CS Make for filter : Super flow Filters / Venkat Engineers/ Filter Concept.Filter body made of Carbon Steel of size 300 NB x 6 mm thick and height 800 mm with flanges 250 NB ANSI 16.5, Mesh SS-304 of 100 Micron. (b) FILTARATION PLANT FEED PUMPS : It consist of 2 Nos (1 working + 1standby) split casing pumps with bronze impellerof capacity 192 cum/hour @ 30 Mtrs head along with dicharge control valves, NRV and associated discharge piping with necessary controls Instruments for raw water pumps:

pressure guages (4"dial, 0-6 Kg/sqcm range, SS internal bottom entry) with Isolation valve at each pump suction, Delivery & NRV shall be supplied by the Contractor alongwith all piping and fittings. The filter vessel shall confirm to IS: 2825, fabricated from MS as per IS 2062 grade B for shell and IS: 2062 for dish ends. Shell & dish end thickness shall be 8 mm & 10 mm respectively with manholes. The vessel shall be complete with set of Internals. Bottom dish shall be concreted at site with ratio of 1:2:4 B1. (g) ALUM DOSING SYSTEM : It consist of 1 No Dosing Tank of 200 Liters HDPE construction with Nozzles for Inlet, outlet, drain, level guages and overflow and 1 No MSFRP agitator. DOSING PUMPS: It consists of 2 Nos (1W + 1S) Dosing Pumps of capacity 100.0 LPH at 4.0 Kg/cm2 Injection pressure along with suction foot valve suction/discharge valves & NRVs, suction & discharge CPVC piping. 4. After successful testing by the department the contractor will run the plant for one month including all consumables with a minimum of 1000 Kgs of Common salt, 600Kgs of Alum & 20 Kgs of Copper Sulphate. In this period the contractor will train staffs detailed by the user for further operation of the plant including issuing certificate of successful training.

M&L for sub main wiring/circuit wiring with two runs of 2.5 sq. mm multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH grade 1100 volt and one run of 1.5 Sq.mm multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH grade 1100 volt drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit heavy grade 25 mm dia complete all as specified.
