Maintenance free Chemical Earthing for 4 No. Power Transformer & 2 No. Station Transformer (Supply+Erection)

Copper bonded earth electrodes manufactured by molecularly bonding process where 99.9% pure electrolytic copper is bonded on to a high tensile (570N/sqmm as per IS 630, Grade Fe 430A, BS 4360, Grade 43A) low carbon bar drawn steel having 40MM Dia 3M long with ERE compound-25Kgs. As the erec is a superior conductive material which improves earthing effectiveness, espically in areas of poor conductivity (rocky ground, areas of moisture variation, sandy soils etc) it improves conductivity of the earth electrodes and ground contact area by bearing following characteristics: i) High conductivity improves earth's absorbing power and humidity retention capability ii) Non-corrosive in nature having low water solubility but highly hygroscopic iii) suitable for installation in dry form or in a slurry form iv) Depends on the continuous presence water to maintain its conductivity v) Permanent & Maintenance free and in its set form maintains constant earth resistance with time vi) Thermally stable between -100C to +600C ambient temperatures vii) Does not require periodic charging treatment nor replacement and maintenance viii) Suitable for any kind of electrode and all kinds of soils of different resistivity ix) Does not pollute the soil or local water table and meets environmental friendly requirement for landfill; and non explosive x) Does not cause burns, irritation to eye, skin etc. Note : It also includes the Delta Connection of the Earthing for a Transfomer and Fixing of cover plate having lock arrangement for above the earthing pits. All the T&P, Labour and material are in the scope of contractor.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earthing inside the switchyard for all the equipments other than Power/Station Transformer

Erection

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/Manual means in foundation trenches or pits of any size, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal/filling of surplus excavated soil as directed, including all leads and lifts.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix- 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing & Fixing cover plate having lock arrangement for above the earthing pits to cover it.

Stone boulder 50mm to 200mm (spreading)

Providing charcoal/coke and salt (as required) inside all the earthing pits.

Plumbering 3/4 inches CPVC water pipe (approx. 250 Rmt.) along with accessories like elbows, T-connectors, Valve (as required) etc for watering the earthing pits . It also includes the excavation, ramming job needs for burying all these water pipes under the ground (approx. 6 inch). Complete the work in all respect & as per the condition of Site.

Fixing 0.5 H.P. single phase water motor & then connected it with the main tank (near to the switchyard gate) & water pipe (inside the switchyard). It also includes the electrification work for the water motor/pump. It also includes the covering of water pump to cover it from rain, dust etc. All the accessories for the completion of job are in the scope of the contractor.
