| 1.00"SOLAR PUMPING MACHINERY Design, Engineering, Providing and fixing, installing and commissioning of complete SOLAR Submersible Pump and Motors with CONTRO PANNELs set with all accessories for water lifting scheme as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including testing commissioning complete with following features:- MOTOR PUMP-SET: Submersible solar AC Pump to meet required discharge and head and should have the following features. MNRE approved Solar AC pump of reputed make i.e KSB/Lubi/ Kirloskar/or equivalent. The manufacturers of pumps should self-certify that, the pump and all external parts of motor used in submersible pumps, which are in contact with water, are of stainless steel. Solar PV Modules for Solar Pump shall be provided, fixed, installed, and operationalized with all accessories with following features: - SOLAR PUMP CONTROLLER (MPPT): Including- Solar pump controller suitable for operation with Solar or Grid, changeover switch for selection of Source of power solar/grid should be provided, Pump controller should be Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) based to optimally use the Solar panel and maximize the water discharge, the Pump controller must be housed in a cabinet having at least IP54 protection with adequate mounting arrangement, adequate protections should be incorporated against dry operation of motor pump set, lightning, hails and storms, protection against open circuit, accidental short circuit and reverse polarity should be provided. PV ARRAY: The SPV water pumping system should be operated with a PV array. Sufficient number of modules in series and parallel could be used to obtain the required PV array power output. Use of PV modules with higher power output is preferred. Indigenously produced PV module (s) containing mono/ multi crystalline silicon solar cells should be used in the PV array for the SPV Water Pumping systems. Modules supplied with the SPV water pumping systems should have certificate as per IEC 61215 specifications or equivalent National or International/ Standards. Modules must qualify to IEC 61730 Part I and II for safety qualification testing. The efficiency of the PV modules should be minimum 14% and fill factor should be more than 70%. The terminal box on the module should have a provision for “Opening” for replacing the cable, if required. OTHER ASSESSORIES/ISOLATION SWITCH AND WIRES: Including- Approved make suitable electrical accessories i.e AC/DC cables / inter connection wires, Switches/MCCB/MCB to be provided with the motor pump set, sufficient length and adequate size of cable should be provided for inter-connection between the PV array and the motor pump set, approved make and required size column pipe, steel rope, NRV, Clamp, and other required accessories to be provided, (Supporting structure (MS) for solar panels shall be measured and paid separately as per ITEM No 2.) | |||||
