Repairs the following to Charpoy GI pipe with nylon newar :- [Drg No. FD-220]

Removing of old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe. S & F new long rail made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.8m long threded at both ends and fixing to the existing 3 way elbow, long rail & legs of 32mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceble three way GI Elbow 32 mm dia from charpoy GI pipe, S&F new GI elbow three way 32 mm, medium grade to short rail, long rail and legs complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable check nut hexagon type from charpoy GI pipe, S&F new checknut, suitable for 32mm dia GI pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and threading both ends and conversion of 32mm dia long rail obtained from item ser No. 1.01 above, into one number short rail as directed and fixing to the exising GI elbow 32 mm dia including removal of unserviceble short rail complete all as specified directed.

Cutting and threading at both ends and conversion of 32mm dia short rail obtained from Sl No 1a & 1d above, into one number legs and directed and fixing to the existing 3 way elbow and providing 32 mm dia 3 mm thick, S & F MS washers at bottom by welding including removal of unserviceable leg complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the old unserviceble Nylon Newar from Charpoy GI, cleaning the surface throughly, supply and closely weaving both side with new Nylon Newar superior quality of light shade of size 50/55mm width of approved quality not less than 1.75 Kgs per charpoy including minor repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to following tables by removing dents & bends, welding the loose joints etc., wherever required including replacement of channels with new ones similar to existing, complete removal of existing painting and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Make-Asian/Berger ) complete all as dircted.
