Providing and laying rolling of built up spray grout single layer over prepared base consisting of a single layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer in serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75mm (Seventy five milimetre) as per Technical Specificaion Clause 505 by manual means Bitumen (VG-10) and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.225 kg. (Zero point two two five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No.503 including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 (One hundred to One hundred twenty) TPH batch hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 Tonne (Seventy five tonne) per hour using crushed aggregates of grading-2, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to Five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specificagtion clause No.507 complete in all respects to entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying hot thermoplastic paint strip 2.5mm (Two point five milimetre) thick with imported road marking materials conforming to British specification 3262 with 20% (Twenty percent) glass beeds having reflective of 1.5mm (One point five milimetre) with 75% (Seventy five percent) spherical and indigenous or foreign plant having sufficient strength of with stand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 250 to 300 (two hundred fifty degree to three hundred degree) more than the climate temperature of the area in a width of 0.10 mtr(zero point ten metre) strip in white colour according to Ministry of Surface Transport specification and IRC and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
