Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in deep in hard/dense soil/ road for getting out old GI tubing from the trenches etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil/soft rock from site to a distance not exceeding 50mtr away and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and laying GI tubing medium grade ISI marked complete with all necessary fittings of sizes 15 mm bore in trenches including taking down of old rusted Gl pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) A warranty of one year shall be given for satisfactory performance of pump set (ii) Alternative arrangement of pump set for water supply will be arranged by the contractor if the pump is not repaired within five days, a penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be deducted and no extra cost willl be paid to the contractor un less natural calamidity is occured. (iiii) All the T&P items i.e. chain pully block & tripart shall be arranged by the contractor without claiming any extra cost.

Disconnecting the defective/burnt electric induction motor & dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshop for rewinding the electric induction motors suitable to run on 415V, AC, 50Hz supply with copper enameled copper wire of suitable gauge/size including proper insulation, varnishing, drying, greasing bearing, etc and making connection to the terminal plate complete for the following ca of electric motor Note: (i) A warranty of one year shall be given for satisfactory performance of Motor (ii) If the motor is not repaired within five days, a penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be deducted and no extra cost willl be paid to the contractor un less natural calamidity is occured. Repair/Maintenance of vertical type pressure filters of capacity upto 12500 GLHNS/Hr at water point at HAWS, Gulmarg and including removing the following materials and refixing & testing the same after rectification complete (a) Dismantling/ Opening the filteration plant in let & out let alongwith connected pipe line, slucive valve, Butter fly valves of any size, Nut & bolts and other connected items completely. (b) Removal of complete any type of filter media from deposit filteration plant and old filter media where as directed by Engr-in-Charge (c) Removing of old/ un-serviceable Gun metal/ PVC nozzels from filtration plant complete and refixing with new PVC nozzles complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) After removal of filter media and its connected items drying the filteration plant internally & externally, Painting with two coat of red oxide and one coat of enamel paint inside and outside of filtration plant complete.

(e)Repair/ maintenance of nozzels supporting plate inside the filter plant, scraping. cleaning the supporting plate before fixing of PVC Nozzel. (f) After drying of painting fixing nozzel supporting plate, fixing the PVC nozzels and filing the filter media in four layers as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (g) Laving the filter media with height of 30 CM in four iayers first lever filled with Discard rock of sze 12 mm dia, Second layer filled with 6mm thick drainge gravel. Third layer filled with 0.7mm seperating gravel and fourth layer filed with 0.7mm fiteration sand complete aii as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h) After completion of filter media Laying fixing the in let & out let openings, fixing the existing in out pipe lines. slucive valves with necessary gaskets & nut, bolts and testing the filteration plant in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Contractor should provide adequate safety equipments for their men employed. (ii) Quotated rates are inclusive for writing sump capacity, date of cleaning month & year, Next due date of cleaning.

Supply, laying and testing anti freezing wire size 0.5mm alongwith thermostate at every point ,unlike normal wire it is heating element, fire proofing quality, easily be subjected to temperature of 80 degree celicus and configured using both GI and PVC pipes, underground and over ground. After fixing the wire on pipes lagging is done over the pipe. A layer of water proof taping is done over the lagging which protect the complete arrangements. (Pipes, antifreezing wire and lagging against any exposure to environment) of any size of GI Pipe 15/20/25/40/50 mm Complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The qty of antifreezing wire shall be measured straight (not girth) without any extra allowance for laps and gty obtain shall be increased by 30% rates (ii) Lagging is included in quoted rates. (iii) MCB & point wiring etc. shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of Sch 'A.
