Disconnecting of 100kVA HT transformer from HT line loading in a private vehicle by manual means, shifting to private workshop for necessary repairs.

Disassembling of 100kVA HT transformer at workshop by way of removing of lid, lifting of cradle and extraction of coils from transformer by required tools and tackles for assessing damages.

Providing and Fitting of HT coils manufactured out of standard specific gauge of Aluminium tapped/insulated wire required for HT equipment.(Approx. weight of each coil 3.2kg) [9 coils] (item code 15.29).

Providing / Fitting of SRBP Tube(Synthetic Rubber Bonded Paper)

Providing and filling of fresh T. oil of standard grade.

Repairing of damaged transformer tank by required welding to arrest leakage, includes removing of abrasive material, finishing and painting.

Filtration of old existing transformer oil for removing moisture and carbon content to achieve the BDV value of oil and dehydrating of old coils along with cradle in oven/heating room to remove moisture.

Providing and fitting of porcelain type HT insulators of required size heavy duty.

Assembling of HT transformer by skilled workers, connecting of connections, testing on no load at workshop, loading in a private vehicle, shifting back to site for installation and testing successfully.

Deduction of Cost of scrap windings (Aluminium) to be retained by the contracting agency.
