Restoring Functionality through Repairs / Maintenance of Bore well Schemes No. 101 (under PR-1) (Cluster-1) of Department of Agriculture in district Pulwama, under Implementation of National Mission on Saffron Command area 23.52 Ha

Servicing and pre-operational Checks of DG Set Complete Servicing of DG Set (3-Phase, 40 KVA, Make: ashok leyand)of Bore Well Scheme No. 101 at lethpora, district Pulwama by way of cleaning of fuel lines by using HSD, replacement of M-oil (11 Lt), Air and Diesel filter etc .This includes checking the electric wiring, earthing etc and providing and filling Coolent (3 lt). Further the Job includes running the system minimum for 3 hours for primary testing. The job includes cost on account of grease, dhoti cloth, labour, tools, testing and other consumables items etc.

Providing, fitting and testing of complete Alternator Assembly 415 V,1500 rpm,50Hz, 3 phase of Rating 40 KVA, Insulation class H along with AVR,:The job includes providing and fitting of complete Alternator Assembly 415 V, 1500 rpm, 50Hz, 3 phase of Rating 40 KVA, Insulation class H along with AVR, and then Alternator Assembly is to be coupled with Ashoka Leykland make Engine , Model : LP40D, Watwercooled. The Job also includes providing and fitting of allied connections, Hose pipe, clamps and electrical cables of requisite size along with thimbles for making necessary connections . Further the job includes connecting Alternator, inbuilt D.G control panel and other components by way of recommended cable size. All the wiring connections are to made with utmost care without causing damage to the equipment. After making all the proper connection D.G is to be tested at site with available load at Bore well scheme. All the tools, tackles, cables, wiring, thimbles are to be provided by the firm.

Providing and fitting of Battery 100Ah 12V along with battery lead 1m, battery teminals, copper thimbles etc

Bore-well yield check/testing: The job includes thorough checking of Submersible pumping Unit (Make: Kirloskar, No. Stages: 06, Discharge: 4500 GPH, 7.5 HP, Head Range: 33.75- 49.5 m )and Control Panel for cable connections, wiring and earthing at the site installed at the site and running of the equipment for a period of 03 hrs to check the yield of the Bore-well. The job includes the cost of HSD for running of DG Set at site. This also includes providing and fitting necessary copper thimbles, PVC tapes)

Servicing and Repairing of Subsmerisible Pumping Unit Dismantling /Extraction of Submersible Pump Motor asembly (Make: Kirloskar, No. Stages: 06, Discharge: 4500 GPH, 7.5 HP, Head Range: 33.75- 49.5 m) along with all the column pipes (80mm dia, Length: 60 m) along with steel wire rope and submersible cable from well casing pipes using heavy duty tripod stand, chain pulley block etc. The pipes are to be clamped and then dismamtled/extracted one by one after removing nuts, bolts, washers etc. The job is to be carried out utilizing the service of skilled manpower with utmost care without causing damaged to the eqipment.The job also includes checking all fittings, Pump holding steel rope.

Lowering of Submersible Pump Motor assembly (Make: Kirloskar, No. Stages: 06, Discharge: 4500GPH, 7.5 BHP, Head Range: 33.75- 49.5 m ) along with all the column pipes (80mm dia, Length: 60 m) along with new steel wire rope after replacing worn out nuts, bolts, washers etc. Checking of suction and delivery of pumping unit, bearing, impeller cleaning, removing of rust and silt, replacement of wornout bearings and water seals. This also includes conducting necessary repairs to the electric circuit.

Conducting repairs to submersible pumping unit of (Make: Kirloskar, No. Stages: 06, Discharge: 4500 GPH, 7.5 HP, Head Range: 33.75- 49.5 m) by way of shiftng the unit to workshop, dimantaling and extraction of old/ burnt out copper wire from the starter/rotor and complete rewinding with new copper wire of specific gauge and size as per the sample.The job also includes providing and fitting of required motor bearings and mechanical seals 02 No. in place of extracted old damaged ones.. The job includes cost on account of technical men required for rewinding with all risk allowances , shifting of repaired motor to site and installation.The rate includes rebate on old scrape to be retained by contracting agency. Conducting repairs multistage submersible pump by way of dismantling of pump parts/ stages checking of impellers of every stage and replacement of damaged/ worn out parts as per sample. The job includes providing and fitting of Gun metal bushes and Stainless steel sleeves for all the stages. The job further includes reassembling of pump stages, coupling of motor with pump and shifting it back to site and testing on full load.

Supply, fitting ,testing and commissioning of 3-core 10sqmm copper submersible cable including copper thimbles as per site requirement.

Restoration/rectification of piping Network along with fittings , Control Valve for a command area of 23.52 HA comprising of 56 segments Earth work excavation in trenches (manual excavation) upto minimum depth of 2 feet underground with adequate width in all types of Soil which may range from 12'' for straight alignment of pipes to be laid under ground to 18'' at joining spots for laying of HDPE pipeline Main of size 75/80/110 mm and Sub-main of Size 75 mm. The job includes refilling and ramming of the excavated soil after laying of pipe line and its hydro testing. The trench work is to be executed wherever rectification is required as per site requirment.

Supply, Laying and jointing of 75mm dia PN-8 HDPE pipes through hot plate welding process as main /sub-main pipe lines inside the already excavated trenches wherever rectification of piping network and HDPE risers for control valves/flush valves etc. is required The job includes skilled labour, hot plate welding equipment, arrangement of power supply/Generator, fuel, necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Supply, Installation,testing and commissioning of 75 mm dia PN 10 HDPE elbows. The job includes welding of elbows through hot plate welding process with the HDPE main/sub-main pipe/HDPE risers and other requisite spots whereever rectification of network is required as per te site layout drawing The job includes skilled labour, hot plate welding equipment, arrangement of power supply/ Generator, fuel, necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of 75 mm dia HDPE TEEs. The job includes welding of TEEs through hot plate welding process with the HDPE main/sub-main pipe/HDPE risers and other requisite spots as per site requirement.The job includes skilled labour, hot plate welding equipment, arrangement of power supply/Generator with fuel, necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 75 mm x 32mm HDPE Service Saddle on HDPE Sub-main pipes at requisite spots wherever rectification is required as per site requirement. The job includes skilled labour, drilling equipment/ necessary tools and tackes with all leads and lifts.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Compression Male Threaded Adaptor 32mm on 75 mm Sub main pipeline wherever rectification of pipe network is required as per layout drawing and site requirement.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 65 mm dia Control valves including rubber washer on HDPE pipe as sectional and isolation valves excluding the cost of Nuts and bolts. The control valves are to be installed as per site requirement wherever rectification is required.

Supply, Installation,testing and commissioning of 75 mm dia HDPE Tail Piece by hot plate welding.

Supply, Installation and testing and commissioning of 75 mm dia PN-10, HDPE Flange.

Providing and fitting of Nut and Bolts along with washers

Supply, Instalation, Testing and commissioning of Male threaded adaptor 75 mm along with threaded End cap (Flush Valve).

Supply of LLDPE pipe Nominal diameter 32mm class II

Supply of Sprinkler Irrigation equipment: Rotating Head Mini Sprinklers (Full Circle,360 degree rotation) with MS risers, Vinyl tubings, stake assemblies as per layout drawing and site requirement.

Testing and Commissioning of complete Bore well scheme segment wise which includes testing of 32 mm ND LLDPE pipe as lateral lines 32 mm Compresson fittings like end caps, tee's, joiner, bends and Rotating Head Mini Sprinklers with MS risers, Vinyl tubings, stake assemblies. The job includes cutting, punching and laying of LLDPE Pipe as per site requirement and testing of one Segment. Further the job includes dismanting and proper stacking of lateral lines (LLDPE pipe network) including compression fitting and sprinkler assembly after successful testing of Bore well scheme. Fuel, necessary POLs for testing, operation of D.G Set, Pumps (Submersible and Horizontal) and monitoring of Pump house during operation is to be provided and arranged by the Firm.

Other allied Jobs Complete Round the Clock Watch and ward including Material Handling and Storage of all the material/inventory at site during and after execution of work till all the resoration/ repairs works are completed and all the material inventory is handover to the intending department (Agriculture Department).

Video recording and phototgraphy of day to day activities during execution and testing of Saffron work as per site requirement. The firm shall provide vedio recordings/ still photographs of saffron work in a Fresh Pen drive of 8GB (01No.), including post card size colour printed copies of Geo tag photographs on photo paper (minimum 40No's).

Repairs to existing CGI shed at site which includes repairs to CGI door, CGI roofing/ covering , locking system by way welding, fasteners etc. ( Fore Bore-well No. 101)

Site Clearance /bush cutting near the vicinity of Bore-well/ DG Set Shed and CGI Shed/ Pump Housing.

Redevelopment of the Bore well schemes NO. 101 and having MS well casing of 200mm dia and depth 75 M in accordance with IS-11189(1985) to establish maximum rate of usable water yield with required capacity air compressor. The Job includes targeted/ continuous delivery of compressor air at different depths/slots of casing pipe, till the desired quality and improved discharge of water is obtained from the well. The job is to be carried out using Air compressor of pressure rating 1100psi with a delivery of 300cfm. The job also includes hiring, running charges of air compressor, tools and accessories etc.

Servicing and conducting necessary Repairs to Horizontal pump (Make: kiloskar Discharge: 22.70 m3/hr, Motor:20 HP, Head: 85 M, No. of Stages: 08 ) by way of disconnecting the pumping unit from electric circuit,dismantiling of pump from motor and extraction of old/damaged bearings and coupling from the pump using bearing puller, blow lamp for heating purpose for easy removal of the damaged bearings without causing any damage to the bearing seats. The job includes providing / fitting of new bearings , coupling and gland packing with proper greasing etc. at Bore well schemes 101. The Job also includes cost on account of all tools, tackles, skilled labor component with all transportation charges and reassembling of the pumping unit, connecting with electric circuit.

Re-assembling of Head Unit/filteration unit installed inside the Pump House. The job includes welding, cutting and assembling the entire filteration unit and priming tank components. The job also includes cost on account of skilled labour, teflon tapping and all the necessary tools and tackles. (Bore-well No. 101 )
