Construction of open yard store and parking shed at 220V S/s, Mahuakheraganj under 220KV OandM Division, PTCUL, Mahuakheraganj

Earth work in surface excavation including disposal of excavated earth up to a suitable distance and proper and neat leveling and dressing of excavated place. (all kinds of soil).

Supply and spreading of earth by earth work by excavation by mechanical / hydraulic means over the surface in treanches , plinth ,sideof foundation in layers not exceading 20cm in depth as per the direction of Engineer incharge ( land of earth supply to be arrranged by the contractor at his own cost).

Laying of compact plug (300 mm thick) of coarse sand gravel of size 20 to 40 mm below foundation as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Work includes supply ,Carriage of stone aggregate By Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking (upto 20 km) at site at 220 kv s/s Mahuakherganj, Loading unloading complete in all respect.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slop & camber in panels as required including consolidation, finishing & timping complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 Coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slop & camber in panels as required including consolidation, finishing & timping ,DPC complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Brick work with machine perforated bricks of class designation 125 conforming to IS 2222 1991 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement :6 Coarse sand) with F.P.S. bricks as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Cement plaster of 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 fine sand) as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work for construction of parking shed as per design, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet (1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2)roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including atteched pilasters, Buttresses, plinth and string coourses, fillets, coloumns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc up to floor five level including cost ofcentering, shuttering, finishing and rienforcement, 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Painting two or more coats on Structural steel work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade complete in all respect.

MS Steel bar for Reinforced Reinforced cement concrete work in foundations and trench covers (including supply).

Supply, laying and erection of M.S. pipe B class of 100 NB MS Pipe including cutting, laying, welding, etc. complete with associate fittings like tees, elbow/bend, socket, flange, nut-bolts, reducers etc.

Work of painting complete pipe line with the one coat of red oxide and 2 coat PO red enamel paint/ epoxy paint of best quality ISI mark make Burger/ Asian paint before application of primer pipe line should be clean by the rubbing with sand paper for removing dust,rust etc, cost of man, material, and T&P's required for completing the work satisfactory.
