Painting job with dual shades of Dark green theme for blade and black shade for cutting edges with two coats of synthetic enamel paints after two or more coats of metal primer. This shall comprise all the allied material required to make the job complete like emery Sheet, Putty, Thinner etc.

Supply of Nonskid traction chain for rear wheels of departmental Tipper No. JK07-0185 of tyre size 1000 x 20, 15PR, fabricated out of heavy duty ¼” MS –leash chain. (Rear 02 pairs = 04 Nos)

Shifting of vehicle from divisional workshop to site of installation of blade assembly and back to workshop MED Kargil.

P/F of cabin heating blower assembly for operational staff for use during snow clearance duty. The blower should be fitted on front inner left side of the cabin through proper fastning mechanism.

Complete modification of electro hydraulic variable V- Blade assembly mounted on departmental Asoka Leyland vehicle.

Modification of existing electro-hydraulic variable blade of departmental Ashoka Leyland by way of P/F of mechanical hydraulic variable blade operating system, installation of PTO Pump assembly, hydraulic directional control valve assembly with six way controller lever assembly complete. The job includes providing and fitting of liver assembly, adapter, bolts, and control valve base as per requirement. The job also includes machining/welding jobs as required using high quality electrodes for a seamless jointing and successful testing of vehicle after fitment of same.

Providing and fitting of hydraulic tank made out of 4mm thick mild steel sheet of capacity 10 ltrs including suitable base assembly as per requirement duly filled with required grade of hydraulic oil.

P/F of hydraulic hoses ½ diameter, 4800 PSI from control valve to blade assembly including suitable adopter and end connectors as per requirement.

P/F of hydraulic hose 1 dia., 4000 Psi from hydraulic tank to control valve including suitable adopter and end connectors as per requirement.

Providing and fitting of cutting edge set having metallurgical composition of EN-8 steel series with 8 equidistance holes of 17mm dia. The set shall comprise of 02 pieces with dimension of each length as 2000mm, width 200mm and thickness 20mm.

Painting job with dual shades of Orange theme for blade and black shade for cutting edges with two coats of synthetic enamel paints after two or more coats of metal primer. This shall comprise of all the allied materials required to make the job complete like emery sheet, putty, thinner etc for a good lustre. The existing worn-out cutting edges shall be returned to the department.

Shifting of vehicle from Kargil Mechanical workshop yard to fabricators workshop and back to MED Kargil after getting needful repairs/modification executed.

Supply of Nonskid traction chain for rear wheels of departmental Ashoka Leyland Vehicle of tyre size 1400 x 20, 22PR, fabricated out of heavy duty ¼” MS –leash chain.

Complete painting of vehicle by way of scratching the old and existing paint of the body by rubbing with sand paper, applying putty, red oxide primer to the body and then applying synthetic enamel paint in blue colour after two or more coats of metal primer of superior quality to the whole body to give a smooth lusture. The job includes denting / welding works wherever necessary and emery sheet, putty, thinner etc. The job also includes writing of the department name in white colour on both sides of the body as (MED- Mechanical Division Kargil).

Complete washing of cabin and repairs of the cabin seats by way of p/f of good quality form and seats cloth to give a descent look and coziness.
