SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R & PATH WORKS): Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position including any type of sunken treatment , roof treatment, PCC padding,lime concrete etc. and Clean up to existing RCC roof by steel wire brushes and surface washed with clean water and complete all as specified and directed.Note: All Demolished material / debries will be taken by the contractor out side of the cantonment without any extra cost to the govt.contractor should quote his rate Keeping this Aspect in mind.

Material and labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, for inserting APP membrane and other works. 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete over roof as in padding incl cement slurry over old RCC surface, surface fair finished even & smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for,15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces of roofs finished even and smooth with WPC (WPC will be measuredpaid seperately) as in roof treatment work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at any height 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.00 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminious primer @ 0.40 ltr / Sqm by the same membrane manufactures roof membrane over existing RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg/ ltr at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Apply on APP membrane a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm (d) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. (e) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. Note:- The work shall be carried out through authorized applicator on approve by GE and necessary stage passing will be followed in each stages of works.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate ) as in roof kerb, fillets at junctions between roof and parapet walls, copings rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, class 7.5 designation, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
