REPAIR AND MAINT OF DG SETS DIFFERENT CAPACITY INCLUDING CONNECTED AMF PANELS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT DEFENCE LAB JODHPUR

M&L , monthly Inspection, maintenance and servicing of DG set including alternator, electric panel board connection to DG set for routine check (A check) of DG set for smooth functioning and carrying out maintanance of any capacity & make of DG Set, completeall as directed as specified by Engineer-in-Charge (a) Servicing/ repair of DG Set shall be carried out by authorised dealer/ agency of manufacturer. (b) Checking engine oil level and topping up as and when required . Note: (i) Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Checking and adjusting the belt for tension and replacement of belt. (iii) Checking of air filter element. (iv) Checking of exhaust system for leakage including rectification. (v) Draining of sediment from fuel filter and fuel tank (vi) Cleaning of air cleaner element (vii) Checking engine alternator coupling, mounting bolts and alignment (viii) Tighting all nuts, bolts, in altenator terminal block (ix) Checking of alternator carbon brush and connections in alternator (x) Checking and tighting of all connection in DC control wiring.

M&L, required for Inspection, maintenance and servicing of DG set including alternator, electric panel board connection to DG set for routine check (B check) of DG set for smooth functioning and carrying out maintanance as directed as specified for the following DG sets. Note:- B-check once in 3 month Or 250 HRs running of DG set whchever is earlier.

S&F in replacement of fuel filter element with 'O' ring as per existing make of any capacity DG Set all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of lubrication oil filter element with 'O' ring as per existing make of any capacity DG Set all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of air filter element outer and inner with 'O' ring of as per existing make of any capacity DG Set all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Fuel water saperator suitable of any capacity DG Set complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement the old unserviceable AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) as per existing make of any capacity complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of over and under voltage relay for EMF panel of any capacity of DG Sets complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing/repair of self starter of any capacity DG set incl replacement of parts such as corban brushes, solonaid, rotor,washer, nut, bolts etc assembling the same and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. .

M&L servicing/ cleaning of MS diesel tank of any capacity DG Set by draining out the diesel from tank, cleaning the tank with soap water/ suitable solution and painting the external surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour including replacement of drain valve, outlet pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for copper earthing of plate size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3mm earthing strip as earth lead complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling the radiator and fan from the engine for cleaning of copper tubes and cooling fins by using descaling solution and soldering, patch work including repair of water pump assembly and replacement of defective parts of water pump and re-assembliying,testing complete of any capacity DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rewinding of Alternator of any capacity DG Set including opening of alternator & carrying to workshop for complete rewinding work and placed in its own position and Testing after installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of unseviceable 1.5 M battery lead with negative & positive brass terminals of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Engine oil 20 W 40 turbo synthetic superior quality engine oil suitable for DG Set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Coolent complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement shunt trip coil for existing LT ACB 1250 Amp complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 4 pole power contactor suitable for 40 KVA DG set , complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 4 pole power contactor MCX33, 200 Amp, 415 Volt as per existing make and capacity suitable for 125 KVA DG set, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 4 pole power contactor MC-500a/4, 630 Amp, 415 volt as per existing make and capacity suitable for 320 KVA DG set, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 4 pole power contactor MCX43/44, 500 Amp, 415 Volt as per existing make and capacity suitable for 250 KVA DG set , complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair HBC Fuse 630 Amp 415 Volt suitable for AMF/LT Panel including taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 POLE 25 KA 200 Amps with adjustable thermal and magnetic release in existing panel the make should be of the same of existing MCCB to match with existing holes/surface including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for opening AMF Panel of DG set, Cleaning of dust by using blower & cleaning agents. Checking/Detecting faults, Removing Faults, Re-wiring of old unserviceable wiring & Testing of Control Wiring complete as reqd and closing of AMF Panel after replacement of unserviceable parts and testing on completion of job on existing load etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- Un-serviceable parts shall be measured and paid separatly.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable Relay any type suitable for any capacity of DG set AMF Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable indicator lamp set RYB for phase indications suitable for panel to match with the existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- Schedule of credit as per availabilty at site, Contractor will not claim for the same during execution of work.
