REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD IN AGE B/R-II AT ROORKEE UNDER GE ROORKEE

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in Roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded Road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of Road metal) depth of potholes exc 30mm completed all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broomny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M & L applying evenly a tack/ priming coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen, over surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

M & L premix bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradiant and camber consolidated thickness n exc 75mm with 4% binder content by weight of total mix paving bitumen any penetration with VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete.

M & L for applying termoplastic reflective paint as in Road marking 2mm thick single coat as in center line or edge line Road marking of 150mm width using HOT MARK termoplastic paint (HOT APPLICATION) white by indigenous modem propelled Road marking method as diercted including all ingredient such as binder glass beads titanium -dioxide calcium carbonate linter fillers themoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be per Table No 800-4 specifiation including spraying of glass beads instruction, approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as per specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified.

M & L for 25mm thick laying dry river sand cushioning under PCC paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with Grey cement and pigment laid over dry sand cusioning completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 20mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge/ gola complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
