Repair/Routine maintenance including carrying out daily check of fire alarm/fire fighting system complete with electronic control panel inthe following buildings including personnel to attend the fire alarm system faults, testing, checking and replacement of unserviceable minor components ie nuts, bolts, washers etc other than mentioned in schedule here-in after and fire alarm system consisting the following :- (a)   Indicator (b)   Electronic hooter (c)   Manual call point (d)   Smoke detector (e)   Heat detector (f)    Electronic fire control panel (g)   Main/Zone cards (h)   Battery of Fire panel DC supply (J) All wiring and cable connections (k) Control/Monitor module Details of buildings are as under :- (i) P- 59 building (ii) P- 09 building (iii) P- 41 building Note :- 1. Contractor shall also to provide adequate at least four skilled manpower for testing of fire fighting system of buildings as per schedule to be issued by the user section. The cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the item rate. 2. Minor Items like fuses, loop cards, detectors circuits are required at site to make functional are included in the item rate. 3. Contractor technician and helper daily report to JE E/M regarding maintenance of work at site. 4. Rate is also inclusive of checking of battery level of diesel engine pump and ensure get it charged if not

Supply & fix in repair detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Loop cards, circuits as required to make functional is deemed to be included in the item rate and no extra will be paid to the contractor.

Supply & fix in repair Maintenance free battery duly charged 12 V 7.2 AH, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

Supply,replacement, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Addressable Type Manual Call Point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Change over Switch 200A, three phase and neutral 415 V 50Hz AC with all accessorises complete all specified and directed

Supply & fix in repair canvas fire hose 63mm bore 15 m long confirming to IS 636-1988 having male/female brass coupling both end complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair Stainless steel Nozzle conforming to IS 903: 1993, 63 mm x 15 mm bore suitable for 63 mm dia canvas pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair hose Reel drum alongwith 30 mtrs X 20 mm dia rubber hose pipe plain 2 ply rayon confirming IS-12585 braided high pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MS ERW pipe 100 mm dia heavy grade, ISI marked IS 1239 for suction and delivery for pump and for rising main including necessary fitting including welding, painting with red oxide primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint and providing necessary PCC support, all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & fix in repair gun metal Two way fire brigade inlet , ISI marked conection with adaptor of size 80 mm dia X 63 mm dia , ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
