M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2(using 40mm crushed stone aggregate) for making good cutting portion mass concrete, filling of foundations etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 115mm x .75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned down volume of sand to be measured)

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning wall mounted LT panel board for operation of sewage pump 5 HP at different location at Barrackpore panel consisting of incoming MCB 10A 4P, 10 KA-01No, Power contactor MNX 25, 3P with 2 No + 2 NC auxiliary 230 V AC-01 Set MN2 relay 14-23A Range -1 Pc. on Off push button with element-1 Set, RYB phase indicator LED lamp 230 V-1 Set including taking down old unserviceable panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 300 Sqmm; 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including taking down old unserviceable panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade ,cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm; 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade ,cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm; 4 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Item No. 12.00 to 14.00 :- Earth work/excavation, returning filling, removing of earth, sand cushioning, brick by if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

M&L for automation control panel with PLC, HMI & ultrasonic level transmitter for automatic NO/OFF control of pump and real time monitoring of level of reservoir tank (upto 2 Nos pump and 01 No reservoir) including necessary connection and modification of panel and design/development of PLC software and complete with commissioing and testing the system complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only submersible cable of any size max upto 16 Sqmm 3 core copper type to existing pumps complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Cable will be issued under Schedule 'B' for free for 'Fixing Only')

Supply and fabricated structure for trench cover and other related works from structural steel sections including, nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with glavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers with galvanised iron strips of size 32 x 6 as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50mm thick made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250 mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm upto 7.5m long including testing is deemed to be included with quoted rate).
