SPECIAL REPAIR /RESURFACING OF ROAD INCL CONNECTED ITEMS FROM PJ GATE TO THIMAYA GATE AND CONNECTED AREA AT RIMC DEHRADUN

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over area, n.exc 1.5 m deep & getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting/ fillings with power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm spred thickness, soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for WBM 150mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in two layers of 75 mm each with coarse aggregate spcified as per latest IRC 44 edition, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of water bound macadam surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of black top surface by brushing with mechanical broomer for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc, having black top surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight or total mix rolled and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne roller and compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content 4% (Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100 mm width thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.
