Design, manufacturing & supply of 1.0 Ton or above capacity movable hydraulically operated Trash rack cleaning machine (TRCM) with Rake grab, a hydraulic operated extendable cum retractable arm suitable for attachment of log stump grappler, Lifting beam, complete in all respect including three modes of operation as (i) Manual, (ii) Semiautomatic, (iii) Fully automatic with differential level method and one spare rake grab, one trash disposal vehicle with tipper trolley arrangement complete as per technical specifications, maintaining stability of TRCM for all conditions of operations necessary tools & tackles, freight, loading & unloading charges, insurance during transit, storage and installation etc., F.O.R. site at Asan Barrage, Dhalipur complete in all respects in accordance with technical specifications, suitability with existing civil structure, arrangement & site requirement
Design, manufacturing & supply of log grappler of 1.25 Ton capacity of four finger type for holding tree stumps and dense debris complete in all respect along with necessary fixtures for attachment with movable hydraulic operated Trash Rack Cleaning Machine (TRCM) complete including freight, loading & unloading charges, insurance during transit, storage and installation etc., F.O.R. site at Asan Barrage, Dhalipur complete in all respects in accordance with technical specifications, suitability with existing civil structure, arrangement & site requirement
Design, Fabrication & Supply of 31 Nos. trash rack panels including guides and items required for strengthening of R.S. Joist along with 03 set of spare trash rack panels perfectly suitable for the size of Rake (jaw) of the new TRCM, complete including freight, loading & unloading charges, insurance during transit, storage and installation etc., F.O.R. site at Asan Barrage, Dhalipur complete in all respects in accordance with technical specifications, suitability with existing civil structure, arrangement & site requirement

Service Part :
Dismantling of existing TRCM & Trash rack Panels and old rails (One job means dismantling of one no. old TRCM, 31 Nos. trash rack panels, associated guides / R.S. joists & old rails etc.complete in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the bid document) including stacking of the same at Store
Installation, erection, Testing & Commissioning of newly supplied TRCM with Log Grappler, lifting beam & all its accessories and attachments including rails & embedment Complete in all respects in accordance with the technical specifications & drawings to suit the requirements of the site and to provide effective cleaing of trash racks, lifting & disposal of tree trunks, stubs & floating debris of the type getting accumulated (as per assessment of site requirements) in accordance with the technical specifications, suitability with the existing civil structure/ arrangement/ site requirements complete in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the bid document .
Installation, Commissioning & alignment of newly supplied Trash Rack Panels along with guides, Aerofoil Section, lifting attachments, lifting beam etc. including strengthening of existing R.S. Joist, in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, site specific requirements complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document..
Training for Maintenance/operations of TRCM after Final Acceptance complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document.
