Hazard Marker Sign: Providing and fixing sign boards Made out of 2MM alluminium sheet size 90 x 30Cms. rectangle as per the design / drawing attached (IRC). Pre treated with phospheting process and acid etching; coated with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of best quality epoxy paint; reflectorised with retro reflective sheeting as per latest M.O.S.T. Specifications; 3.1M long Stand post and frame fabricated either from suitable size iron angle of 35 x 35 x 3MM and 50 x 50 x 5MM, painted with best quality epoxy coatings. The fixing at site shall be in 1:2:4 C.C. block of size 45 x 45 x 60Cms. for each leg. including excavation, curing etc. complete under the supervision of engineer in charge. [B] High Intensity Grade.

Chipping & removing loose concrete cover etc. upto the steel rebar for beams, slabs columns by chisel and hammer including scaffolding the place etc. and cleaning away the debris as directed.

Cleaning the scales of existing corroded reinforcement with wire brush etc. to remove rust/scales etc. of existing Columns/beams/Slabs and treating the exposed steel bars of Bi-Polar-Migratory concrete inhibitor (EPCO-KP-100) by spray over the concrete surface at coverage of 4.0 Sqmt/ Litre to be followed by rinsing the coated surface of residule material by clean water.

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical specification with wire mesh 50mm X 50mm X 3mm wire etc.complete.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy.

Sealing of cracks/porous concrete by injection process through nipples/Grouting complete as per Technical specification. (A) Cement Grout

Providing and laying Interlocking CC M-30 block 80 mm thick rubber moulded Paver block as per specification & samples approved by Engineer in charge laid on a bed of 100 mm of Brick bats & 75 mm thick sand filling under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. complete.

(Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old plastered concrete surfaces)

Item No 61 : Repairing Pitching by using Stone boulders of previous damaged pitching ,providing new stone blouders if required and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid in Cement mortar (1:2) in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Item No.:-63 Providing and fixing 0.45mt x 0.60mt road sign board (cheverons) made from 1.5mm M.S. sheet with 25x25x3mm angle frame and supported by 65mm Ø 2mm thick, Engineering Grade film applied for left or right turn in black & yellow colour including fixing M-15 concrete block 0.30x0.30x0.60 mt including curing excavation etc. complete.

Providing and Fixing indicator stone of approved stone as per TRC type design in CC 1:4:8 including white washing etc. Complete (i) Fixing in CC 1:5:10
