Outsourcing services by deploying one skilled pipe fitter & one Helper for maintenance operation and attending day to day complaints like defective pipes / valves and plumbing work in Navy area i.e. NAE, NOFRA, Nausena bagh in one shift of 08 hours each (i.e. 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing services by deploying one skilled operator (FGM) for manning and operation of pumping water from UG sump to officers married Accn/Bldgs at MES complex / GE office in two shifts of 08 hours each (i.e. 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM & 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM) including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, comprising of following :- (i) Under ground sump 50000 ltr - 01 No (ii) Under ground sump 50000 Gallon - 01 No (iii) Submersible / Monoblock pumps of 20.0 HP - 02 Nos (vi) Pump operating panel with MCCB & starters - 01 No (v) Distribution water line, valves & PVC over head tanks. (vi) DG Set 20 KVA 01 No.

Outsourcing of services by deploying one skilled operator for maintenance and operation of Central Type Air conditioning plant of capacity 2 X 40 TR including pumping set 5 HP -04 Nos, AHU 9000 CFM-02 Nos, cooling Tower-01 No, compressor and cooling coil 40 TR - 02 Nos in three shifts of 08 hours each (i.e. 06:00 AM to 14:00 PM / 14:00 PM to 22:00 PM / 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM) clock including sunday & holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for item No. 1 to 3 : (i) The rates quoted by the contractor / firm shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Govt of India / State Govt / Local body whichever is higher, including EPF, ESI, all taxes and Cess as applicable on bid submission end date. In case rate quoted were found less than the minimum wages including applicable liabilities as mentioned hereinbefore, his / their tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such cases, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / bonafide bids only. Contractor shall not have any claim in this regards and decision of Accepting Officer shall be final & binding. (ii) Absent from duty of Electrician / Operator is not permissible as E&M services are essential in nature. (iii) The repair to water supply pipe line may be carried out in multistory building and the quoted rates deemed to include Multi story factor. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Cleaning of cooling coil section of AHU for descaling and providing 2 Nos. 15 mm Tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the cooling coil (separate container and pump set of appropriate capacity to be used for circulation) PH value of solution to be kept at 4 & checked at an interval of 1hour, duration scalgum / WS / Cleansol solution to be used for descaling if PH value remains less than '7' flushing with fresh water added to sodium carbonate till PH value attains '7' refixing the coil section in position, minor repairs to be carried out in AHU Coil, fins to be cleaned by scalgum solution by spraying the solution with washing pump up to required level complete all as specified and directed for AHU of 2 x 40TR Capacity AC Plant at Hanger 343 of NAE Porbandar.

Dismantling AHU of 2 x 40TR capacity AC plant carefully by removing side and top panel removing unserviceable blower shaft bearings,removing motor & blower assembly, replacement of new AHU blower shaft bearings reassembling, blower assembly and refixing electric motor & top side panel in original position with new nut bolts washers & shafts keys & checking the shafts balancing & testing for smooth running complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at Hanger 343 of NAE Porbandar.

Disconnecting condenser for descaling & plugging & providing 15 mm tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) PH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation, Scalgun / WS / Cleansol solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if PH value remains less than 7, flushing with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylon brush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above & PH value to be maintained as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure complete all as specified & directed for 2 x 40TR Capacity AC Plant at Hanger 343 of NAE Porbandar.

Pumping down the existing refrigerant from the condensor and carrying out the leakage test of plant 2X40 TR with pressure of Nitrogen gas and monoitoring for 24hrs areising leakages by brazing & replacement of necessary gasket wherever required including copper tubes of suitable size, vacumizing of the plant by vaccum pump finally reharging of existing refrigerant gas to the plant and topping up of refrigerant if required to maintain the standard pressure complete including testing of the plant for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Refrigerant required for topping up will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Disconnecting for Chiller descaling & Plugging & providing 15 mm tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the Chiller (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) PH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun / WS / Cleansol solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if PH value remains less than 7, flushing with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylon brush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above & PH value to be maintained as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure complete all as specified & directed for 2 x 40TR Capacity AC Plant at Hanger 343 of NAE Porbandar.

Rewinding of unserviceable electric motor 3 phase 50 Hz 415 volt of following capacity pump set complete comprising as under :- (a) Disconnecting & removing the electric motor from installed position including, loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop. (b) Taking out the existing burnt winding from the motor including rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge equal or more to including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation. (c) Transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including alignment, electrical & water connection, commissioning and testing for 8hours continuously to check the RPM etc. to the satisfactory performance complete all as specified. NOTE: Any damage caused during handling will be made good without any extra cost to department.

Over hauling of Monoblock pump set after removing from the base plate, disconnecting from pipe line, dismantling the pump set, replacing unserviceable gland packing, gun metal bush bearing water seal applying grease etc. complete and reassembling the pump set connecting with pipe line including Nut, bolts, gaskets etc. and restoring of electric supply complete testing of pumps for smooth functioning with following capacity of pumps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F AHU Blower Drum fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping cleaning and preparation of external surface of 2 X 40 TR unit (80 TR capacity) including compressor motor piping cooling tower condenser AHU and panel Board and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer as per approved colour code including writing SM & MES No. complete all as per specified & as directed.

S & F V belt for compressor motor (B-61) of Fenner / Dunlop or equivalent model specified in Appx 'B' hereinbefore.

S & F 'V' velt B-58 for compressor and AHU fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F V belt B-120 for cooling tower motor fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Detecting the gas leakage, rectifying the leakage by vacumizing and charging fresh mafron gas (R-22) and commissioning and testing the split / window type air conditioner unit 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out split / window type Air conditioner 1.0/1.5/2.0Ton capacity of any make from its original location, removing the dust from body with blower, cleaning the condenser and cooling coil by using water and caustic soda,checking all the connections including functioning of metal clad socket / DP switch function of relay capacitors overload protector, thermostat fan, motor blade, fan blower drum etc. oiling/ greasing of fan motor checking serviceability and refixing to its original position including testing for 1.0/1.5/2.0 Ton of AC of any make all as specified & directed.

Taking out split / window type Air conditioner 1.0/1.5/2.0Ton capacity of any make from its original location & shifting of AC from existing location to new location complete installation and testing including making good of old location to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test & commissioning new compressor sealed reciprocating/rotary type suitable for split/ window type AC 1.5 Ton capacity duly charged with fresh Refrigerant gas etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : SRIRAM / Kriloskar

Clamping jointing copper tubing for suction line and for liquid discharge line duly insulated with suitable insulation material including making hole in wall for passing through and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

PVC pipe 20 mm dia heavy duty for drain out condensing water of split AC including cutting of floor / opening of hole in wall and making good after laying of pipe etc match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable condenser coil of 1.5 Ton split/ window type AC any make with sins cutting in let outlet connecting copper pipe and providing new condensor coil with sins and connecting inlet outlet copper pipe by bracing and replacement of nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
