Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT cable and stay assembly etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser item No 1.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 6.00 here in before but except bricks, all as specified and directed. Note:- Old bricks retrieved from Ser Item No 11.00 here in after shall be re-used.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of pole and strut, stay around the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, bricks and joint shall be measured & paid for separately).

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XPLE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm 4.0 core including Al thimbles laid in trenches/on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall etc. Note : (i) Earth work, sand, bricks removing, returning filling Aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates (iii) All equiments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 80mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Dismantling and taking down security light, street light, hanger light, flood light and high mast lights of any type at any height fittings such as HPSV/HPMV/MH/LED light of 48 Watt/ 60 watt/ 70/72 watt/ 90 watt/ 120 watt/ 150 watt/ 200 watt and 300 watt of any make etc. AC 230 volts any wattage from pole/wall roof top/hanger roof including washing/cleaning of Perspex cover inspection for location of fault and replacing of defective spare/parts required for smooth functioning, tighting of electric connection complete and assembling and reconnecting all as per site requirment all as specified and directed. Note: Defective spare/ part of relevant light fitting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only.

Dismantling and taking down old unsv Steel tublar LT pole and Supply, fix and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 09 meter long, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above including 2 bands of radium tape of 2" width green & red colour the coping of pole starting with black strip, incl arrangement of galvanised/Mild steel circular lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 5 luminares symmetrically on steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230x230x6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed incl taking down old unsv complete and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- The quoted rate shall include the cost of loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation, PCC, stay wire, stay bow, turn buckle, nuts etc. complete.

Material and lobour in replacement of Loop insulator Porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and lobour in replacement for shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including GI straps washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm hight, 90 mm dia, section of strip 30mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and lobour in replacement for pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white or brown 1100 volts grade 100 mm hight and 65 mm dia with GI spindle two washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor incl cutting, welding complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Material and lobour for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of size 6/1 x 2.59 (Weasel) and 6/1 x 2.11 (Squirrel) ISI marked for LT over head lines on poles including stretching, tightining of poles insulator with winding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete incl cutting, welding complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Material and lobour in replacement of cross arms,bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape of size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primercoat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint incl dismantling and taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XPLE cable of size 3.5/4.0 x 10-50 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour in replacement of aluminium terminals (thimbles) after cutting the worn out/faulty cable end from LT pillar/panel box including necessary earth work for taking out the cable from loop line, returning, filling in and making cable lead by providing aluminium lugs including crimping with crimping tools in the existing LT cable 25 Sqmm 4 core upto 50 Sqmm including necessary connection all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 67 here in before but size of LT cable 70 Sqmm 3.5 core upto 120 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Material and labour for shifting heavy items / excavation / cleaning areas / cleaning site by providing crane/hydra/excavators/tractors/trolley etc as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for repair of LT panel of any type and any size including replacement of old unsv items such as busbar, insulaor, CT/PT coils, insulating sleaves front and rear doors, door hinges, gland, lugs volt meter, ammeter, indicator, locking arrangement and internal copper wiring after cleaning of surface including removing rested particles removing dust tightening nut, bolts welding and painting on complete panel two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including stand complete all as directed. Note: (i) Cost of marking description on the front door as per direction of Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate (ii) Cost of misc items like copper cable, lugs thimbles etc if required are included in quoted rates. (iii) Cost of welding works such as hinges, locking arrangement, door and angles are included in qouted rates.

Material & Labour for surface cleaning of LT steel tubular poles 9 mtrs long including removing rusted particles painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including stand cross arms, bracing, supports,clamps eye hooks, security light bracket clamps etc providing black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paints incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes making of numbers on self adhesive stickers LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement / PCC (1:2:4).

Material & Labour for cement base paint for PCC pole 9 mtr including black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paint and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including cross arms bracing supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of fabrication of Kiosk box made out of fibre material complete with TPN ,aluminium bus and suitable for one number MCB (SP) including one No MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts with glands for incoming & out going cable including fixing of flat iron clamps of size 20x4mm on PCC/Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for fixing of Layout diagram/ flow chart/ shock treatment chart etc of size 1.5M x 1.0M for power houses, sub stations and other E/M installations as per the requirement at various locations made out of pre laminated board with digital printing, pasting side beadings of decorative aluminium channel with proper fixing arrangement etc complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (a) Before fabrication of the display board, the contractor has to produce a paper printout detailing all documents and matter to be displayed so as to get it inspected and passed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Matter to be displayed, colour of the ACP sheet and colour of Retro Reflective sheet will be as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply & fixing in replacement of Automatic Street Light Control Switch with Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH & Voltage Monitoring System (VMS). Three phase, 25 Amps per phase, MCB rating 32 Amp, max load 8-12 kw incl circuit copper wire 10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. Material and labour in repairs of stay by tightening of stay wire after untying the conductor spans from the poles to make correct tensions and maintain verticality of poles, including re-jointing the conductors in position with new binding wire all as specified and directed.

Repairing of existing unserviceable PCC coping of LT/HT pole by breaking completely and material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 600X600X300mm including form work and applying two coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of bracket made out of GI tubing single piece not welded, bended at proper angle of size 40mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the bracket including 1.0 sqmm 3.0 core flexible copper cable in PVC conduit with clamp from juction box to connecter of street light fitting all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MS clamp suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole made out of 40 mm x6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer 3mm thick -02 No for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the M.S clamps all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of extended spreaders link should be installed both side with exisitng/new MCCBs 4P/3P of any capacity with existing LT panels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
