Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of in eligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The quoted price shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, Cess (Including labour cess) and duties under the applicable Acts, but exclusive of SGST and CGST as specifed under GCC Clause 39. The CGST and SGST will be paid as applicable as per Law.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Client certificate should be provided in support of supply/ performance.

Conditions as per bid document

Each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 achieved in at least Three (03) financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.13.42 Lakhs

The Tenderer should have executed the works / have experience in MS Fabrication and Razor blade fencing work in any of the following organizations during last five (5) years i.e: In any Central Govt./ State Govt./PSUs/Govt bodies/MES/ Railway/CPWD/KPWD/Any Metro Rail Corporation Limited. Each Tenderer in its name should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during last five (05) years either of the following .i) One (1) similar work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.22.37 Lakhs: ii) Two (2) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.17.90 Lakhs: iii) Three (3) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 13.42Lakhs. Note:(1) Similar Works means MS Fabrication and Razor blade fencing work. (2). Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of Tender submission (i.e. gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) and continuing satisfactorily. (3) Last five (5) years shall be counted from 28 days prior to the date of submission of Tender.(4) In case the Tenderer has executed works/ contract for a client, which includes other works in addition to similar works, then the Tenderer should provide a client certificate clearly indicating the amount of work done in respect of the similar work in support of work experience.
