OD287699/2025-2026:Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre qualified reputed make Horizontal split case pump set with duty condition 16 lps and head 100 m with min 75% shaft efficiency with bronze/SS impeller, stainless steel shaft , CI casing, SS/Bronze shaft sleeves gland packed with suitable type base plate ,coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts & nuts etc complete supported by anti friction bearing, providing suitable concrete foundation Including cost of cement , sand and metal etc complete ,Impeller - Bronze LTB 2, Pump Shaft – Stainless steel ,( Negative Suction), Supplying KWA approved make Horizontal Foot mounted , TEFC ,squirrel cage induction motor with efficiency class IE2 or higher suitable for direct coupling with the above pump with speed 1440 RPM or nearest capable to operate on voltage of 440 Volt (+/-10%) 50HZ , (+/-3%) AC 3 phase, 50 degree Amp, temp, rise, class F insulation, with all standard specifications conforming to relevant IS and IE rules, motor efficiency more than 90% (Motor shall be energy efficient and supporting certificates to be submitted to prove IE2 or IE3). Supply, erection, testing and commissioning soft starter with powder coated 14SWG thick steel sheath dust and vermin proof floor mounted control cubical enclosure associated with in/out cable entry boxes for accomodating the following parameters for controlling functions of the fully automatic starter, suitable for above motor . The starter must contain all relevent protections like Overload/under voltage/single phasing /phase reversal etc with suitable motor protection relay of reputed make, indicating lamps for each phase & trip , 3 Nos Ammeter , 1 No Voltmeter with selector switch , Incoming MCCB with rotory handle, air cooled contactors, electronic timers of reputed make. Supply of suitable dust and vermin proof cubical type common control panel with 14swg sheathed and powder coated CRCA sheet consisting of suitable rating MCCBs with rotory handle and trip facility for one incomer and 2 Nos outgoing as per IE & EI standards , CT operated Voltmeter, Ammeter with selector switch (one for incoming and for each outgoing),kWh meter (for each outgoing),PF meter, pilot lamps, toggle switches Necessary bus bar arrangements, mechanical/electrical interlock for operating one pump set only at a time. Supply of reputed make ISI marked capcacitor conforming to IS 2834 (relevant IS) suitable for above motors with capacitor duty contactors/isolators for working with unity power factor. Supply of suitable size best quality ISI marked heavy duty D/F DI sluice valve PN 1.6 as per IS 14846 with DI Body ,Br LTB2 Rings , SS410 Spindle, Br LTB2 stem Nut for suction and delivery of each pump sets & Non Return valve as per IS 5312 ,PN 1.6 with Body DI , SS410 Hinge pin, Br LTB2 Body ring suitable for delivery of each pump sets. Supply reputed make 150mm dia Glycerine filled pressure gauge with Regulator cock valve and all accessories suitable for the each pump set. Supply of suitable size 3.5 C XLPE copper armoured conductor cable for each set conforming to relevant IS for giving power connection from MSB to SSB , SSB to starter, starter to motor, capacitor etc. complete as per standards including end termination materials as per IE rules and EI regulations laid over cable trays / through cable trench. Supply and providing suitable sized copper conductor with required materials for earthing the motor, starter, capacitor etc as per IE rules. Providing plate earthing using suitable sized Galvanized CI earth plate buried against at a depth of 3m from ground level with alternate layers at charcoal and salt including supplying fixing at 3000 mm dia perforated GI pipe funnel for water purpose etc as per IE rules. Erection of the motor pump set, starter panel boards, capacitors etc on suitable concrete foundation giving power connecting cables from panel board to starters, starter to motor, capacitors, providing end termination, earthing of equipment supply & fitting necessary 8mm thick MS pipes and specials to connect the delivery of pump set to the header pipe by necessary interconnection and fabrication etc including 1 No Dismantling joint at suction and delivery of pump set. Complete taking trial run to the satisfaction of department officers including any other works and cost of materials required for the commissioning of the motor pump set as per standards. The warranty of all the above said equipments and accessories shall be 2 years

OD287800/2025-2026:Dismantling the existing pump set without damaging the existing structure and machineries and stacking safely in safe place including the cost of labour, hire charge of tools and plant etc the work complete
