Dismantling of unserviceable / broken electric pole of any size and type by disconnecting all connections, demolition of concerted foundation including excavation, earth work as required and removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable insulators of any size and type from LT overhead lines complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for erection of Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 vertical position complete including painting two coats of bituminous paint thoughout upto the below ground level depth and the remining portion of the exterior shall be painted with anti-fungal weather coat paint complete all as specified and directed.

Stretching/ restringing only ACSR conductor in position on LT overhead lines of any size, type, span length with permissible span sag and binding with pin/ shackle insulator with new aluminium binding wire not less than 2mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pin type insulator, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all directed.

M&L for shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75mm height, 90mm dia (maximum) including galvanised steel fittings straps of section 31mmx3mm, washers, 12mm dia insulator bolts and nuts suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green large size, with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm and clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old painted surface of cement concrete poles of any size from pole coping to top of pole including struts, cross arms, clamps, etc and painting with two coats of approved colour of aluminium paint on cross-arms over one coat of aluminium red oxide primer and two coats of anti-fungal weather coat paint (apex ultima) on cement poles and numbering of poles as directed with black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LT UG cable XLPE insulated and screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of cross-sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988, including taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing grass and bushes growing at all electric substations and keep all the sub station yards neat and clean complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean throughout the period of the contract.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 meter but not exceeding 3.00 metre depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, riddled soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm using soil obtained from excavation after the pipes/ fittings are laid/ fixed jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of steel tubular poles and stay with necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of steel tubular poles with necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair to RYB indicator lamp as required in various panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Ammeter/Voltmeter same as per existing, required in various panels complete all as specified and directed.
