Engagement of unskilled workman (20 nos. Listed) for 24 months including all benefits for different jobs as mentioned in Scope of work & as per direction of the EIC. Category I. Note: - i) In case of absent from duty by any worker on working day / Holiday, necessary deduction will be made from monthly bill as per prevailing norms for different categories. ii) Mandays means physical attendance & CL if any & Holiday if any.

Cost for Supply/Hire charges of necessary tools, tackles and consumables for 2 years.

Hire charges for one Boat in good condition for removal of floating materials from River side from 7. 00 hrs. to 17. 30 hrs. (This Boat should have the capacity to carry at least 3. 00 Cu. M of earth & be of minimum size 10. 00 M X 1. 80 M approx.)

Operational charges including cost of fuel for 04 (Four) Nos. Departmental Jungle Cutting Machine excluding operator' s wages/charges before and during Monson period or before summer or as directed by EIC: (For 2 years)

Operation charges including cost of fuel for 01 No. Chain Saw machine (Departmental) excluding operator' s wages/charges before and during Monson period or before summer or as directed by EIC: (For 2 years).

Maintenance charges of 4 nos. Departmental jungle cutting machine & 1 no. Departmental Saw cutting machine for 2 yrs (on the basis of requirement) including supply of spare parts e. g. cutting blades of jungle cutting machine, chain of saw machine etc. as per direction of EIC. Payment has to be made after submission of authentic bill & certified by the user dept.

Evacuation of deposited ash from entire ash water drain and out fall canal of the ash ponds by deploying excavating machineries/ manual means (as per requirement) and other accessories including loading into dumper at work site and unloading at destination (approved disposal area upto a distance of 5 KM.) along with carriage of the same as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Mode of measurement: pre work and post work.

Engagement of water diver (Licensed person) for underwater work at various location inside & outside of plant area including Intake Pump House as per direction of EIC. Rates including cost of helper, necessary PPE' s and tools & tackles all complete.

Annual cost of PPE & Liveries (on reimbursement basis at actual) for 20 Nos. workers (Listed). Category-I For each worker: Soap (06 Nos. per Month per head), Duster (04 Nos. per year per head), Helmet (01 No per year per head), Gumboot (01 pair per year per head), Hand gloves (01 pair per month per head), Nose guard (02 Nos per month per head), Safety Shoe (01 pair/2 years per head) BATA make model-ENDURA L/C, Model No. 825-6051) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & safety Dept., HR&A dept and Utilizer Dept. BTPS.

Annual cost of PPE for 06 Nos. workers (non-Listed). Category-II For each worker: Helmet (01 No per year per head) Gumboot (01 pair per year per head), Hand gloves (01 pair per month per head), Nose guard (02 Nos per month per head), Safety Shoe (01 pair/2years per head) BATA make model-ENDURA L/C, Model No. 825-6051) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & safety Dept., HR&A dept and Utilizer Dept. BTPS.

Cost for GPA Insurance Policy premium for 20 Nos. Listed workers and 06 Nos Non-Listed workers for the period of 02 years [@ Rs. 130/- per head per year].
