ACE, EC-II AKPD 34 of 2025-26 Improvement and renovation of Haladiganda Creek from RD 0.00 Km to 2.10 Km (Working RD 1000 m to 4120 m)

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the working area on pre-measurement disposing the debris away from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, hiring and running charges of all machineries including cess etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, hiring and running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with all cost incidental to the work within an initial lead of 1.0 Km from the place of excavation etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil by manual means including levelling and dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the working area with all leads, lifts, delifts, cost of labour, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess etc all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-15 grade in approved surface using 40 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills using uncoated HYSD bars cutting, bending of designed diameters and placing in position for fabrication and fixing the reinforcement grills including laps, ties, providing chairs and welding whenever necessary with all leads, lifts and delifts.with all labour, cess complete including cost, conveyance of steel and binding wires complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid & smooth steel centering and shuttering at all heights of bridge work such as well curb, well staining, well cap, pier and abutment shaft, pier and abutment cap, wing wall, tie beam, road kerb and dirt wall using required nos. of vertical and horizontal supports of scaffolding with joints, N.G. rails and channels and steel shuttering plates, including welding, bolting, cost, conveyance, royalty and cost of scaffolding gangway etc. including cost of conveyance of dismantling and disposing debris clear of work site complete to receive reinforcement grills and concrete as per requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid & smooth centring, shuttering for cement concrete works including false works and dismantling them after casting including proper curing with cost, carriage, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, fixing and fitting in position of RCC (Non-pressure) NP3 of 600 mm dia spun pipes and filling in joints using cement mortar (1:3) with Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm and down graded hard granite crusher broken coarse aggregates complete including cost, carriage of hume pipe, cost of labour, curing, cess etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Weep Holes in Brick Masonry / Plain Concrete / RCC in abutment, wing wall and return wall etc. with 100 mm Dia AC pipes extending through full width of structure in slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face using cement mortar (1:3) with cost of all materials, curing, royalty, cess etc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in approved type of soil in borrow area by mechanical means and loading in to transportation vehicle and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts, delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transported earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth including watering and compaction, cost of hire & running charges of all machineries, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour, carriage, royalty, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in slushy soil (in water upto 0.6m depth requiring the aid of pans and vessels) within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift as per the direction and specification of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in (70 : 30) proportion and laying in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, watering and consolidation with P.R.R., hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering from river bed with all lead, lifts including materials, labour charges, cess etc. by mechanical means or manually etc. complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of 30 Cm size from the approved quarry with free from weather skin surface & other deleterious materials and providing of Rough Stone Dry Packing in apron & revetments to required profile in all heights & depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering with 5Kg. hammer, fixing wave breakers etc, all cost, conveyance, labour, T & P required for the work, royalty, cess, hire and running charges of machineries, all leads, lifts, delifts handling and re-handling charges, all incidental charges and all quality control testing charges as required for the work, haul roads etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
