BIENNIAL CONTRACT FOR DEPLOYMENT OF LABOUR AND MACHINERY FOR WASTE HANDLING, YARD UPKEEPING AND ALLIED WORKS WITHIN CSL YARD

Loading of dust collected in the collection pit of the shot blasting machine by engaging sufficient labour, transporting the material using a tipper having a minimum carrying capacity of 4.5 m³, weighing the loaded material at the CSL weighbridge, and unloading the same at the designated waste dumping location within the CSL premises, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include all labour, tools and tackles, tipper, driver, PPE, loading, transportation, unloading, weighbridge operations and all incidental expenses required for complete execution of the work. Payment shall be made based on the actual weight (in metric tonnes) of dust transported as recorded at the CSL weighbridge and certified by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and engaging mazdoors/labours for collection, handling, segregation, stacking, loading, unloading, shifting, transportation (where required), and disposal of all types of waste materials, including copper slag mixed with clay, plastic waste, wooden waste, scrap materials, and other miscellaneous debris from various locations within the CSL premises to the designated stacking or disposal locations, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall also include yard housekeeping, cleaning, material handling, and other incidental manual works connected with yard upkeeping as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, tools and tackles, personal protective equipment (PPE), supervision, and all incidental expenses required for satisfactory completion of the work, excluding the hire charges of transportation vehicles wherever deployed separately under other items.

Providing and operating a Front-End Loader/Backhoe Loader (JCB, Hitachi etc) for loading industrial waste (excluding metallic scrap), used copper slag, excavation works, clearing of debris, levelling, and other allied material handling works within the CSL premises, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The industrial waste may contain scattered steel pieces mixed with the waste material. No additional payment or compensation shall be admissible on this account, including tyre damage, wear and tear, breakdown, or any consequential expenses. The rate shall be inclusive of operator, fuel, lubricants, maintenance, mobilisation, demobilisation, and all incidental expenses. Payment shall be made based on the actual operating hours recorded on the machine hour meter and certified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and deploying a tipper having a minimum carrying capacity of 4.5 m³, complete with driver, fuel, lubricants, maintenance, and all incidental expenses for transportation of industrial waste, copper slag, debris, excavated earth, construction materials, and other miscellaneous materials between locations within the CSL premises, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of driver, fuel, lubricants, maintenance, mobilisation, demobilisation, and all incidental expenses. Payment shall be made based on the actual operating hours of deployment certified by the Engineer-in-Charge

Deployment of Hydraulic Crawler Excavator (Mini Excavator 30–37) Providing and deploying a hydraulic crawler excavator (Mini Hitachi/JCB or equivalent, 30–37 Class) complete with operator, fuel, lubricants, and all other incidental expenses for crushing wooden waste/wooden cable drums, loading industrial waste from designated dumping locations, and carrying out other allied excavation and material handling works within the CSL premises, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of transportation of the excavator to and from the work site, operator charges, fuel, lubricants, mobilisation, demobilisation, and all incidental expenses required for satisfactory execution of the work. . The minimum cdeployment once mobilzed shall be for 2 days (16 operating hours and paid accordingly)
