LED Street light fixture, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium body (System lumen efficacy≥105 <120 lm/Watt) Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Street light LED fixture powder coated pressure die cast aluminium body with driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -5 0C to 50 0C, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2, P. F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMI- EMC As per CISPR -15, lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin),SDCM (Standard Deviation Colour Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt output .LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C).

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of following rating LED Well Glass Light with vertical surface mounting pressure die-cast aluminium housing, with rated voltage 240 V, frequency 50 Hz, internal surge protection of 5 kV for driver and external surge protection of 10 KV, THD ≤10%, P.F. ≥ 0.95, IP-66, IK-07/08, CRI ≥ 70 ,with under-voltage and over-voltage protection, and a viewing angle of 120°, having a minimum 50,000 burning hours with CCT 5700 K, with replaceable driver for maintenance. Maximum power consumption should not exceed the specified rating, and the fixture shall be of relevant BIS standards, complete in all respects including external connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing, etc., as required, with a minimum 5-year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy shall be ≥120 lm/Watt output. LM-79 & LM-80 test reports and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape, size shall be as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement.

F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMI-EMC as per CISPR -15, lenses for beam angle 30 deg-120deg as per the application and the project requirement., suitable tilt able fitting, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin) , SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. Supply , Installation, Testing & Commissioning of loop in loop out box made of PVC sheet 195x 135x90 mm having suitable size 2 nos. terminals and 1 no. SP MCB 5/6A detachable gland plate, interconnection etc are required.

Supply of Control panel Housing comprising of suitable MCB, timer- contractor circuit for automatic ON/Off of lights.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 1.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts,bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required. (conforming to IS-1239 part 1 (2004) or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing of 300mm x 300mm size metalic frame cover fabricated with 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm thick angle iron welded construction frame structured and 3 mm thick M. S. sheet cover plate panel with double hinges and knobe type locking arrangement including painting, making recess in wall, masonary, plastering & finishing the good (As per drawing).

Supply of steel Tubular pole 8.5 to 9.00 mt with Red oxide painted 410/SP.-29 swaged type steel tubular pole in single part along with 300X300X6 base plate & 100X3 top cap(Conforming to IS 2713 (PART I TO III) : 1980 or equivalent with upto date amendments ).

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Above 8.0 Meter and upto 10.0 Meter

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supply of PVC sheathed L.T. AB Cable of 1.1 KV Grade Al Conductor cable as reqd as per IS-14255:1995,IS 8130:2013 and of size 3X70 + 1X25 + 1X16 sqmm.

Supply of accessories for erection of AB Cable(Conforming to relevant BIS/IS standard or equivalent).

Supplying and fixing 30 A, 415 V, TPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 30 A "C" curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of weather proof MS loop in loop out busbar box havin 4P MCCB 63Amp and of size not less than 450x375x200 mm with 4 Nos. suitable capacity ALU (upto 150 Amp) Bus Bar (R,Y,B & N) duly finished and painting, detachable gland plate & Arrangement for interconnection etc as required. (Conforming to relevent BIS/IS standard or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Providing foundation and platform for the Rated capacity Silent type DG set so as to place the DG Set conforming to specifcation including earth work, exacavation, ramming, providing foundation for plinth with mix of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), including centring & shuttering, brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks with Cement mortar, Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work,foundation work, cement plaster work, as per attached drawing and as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600mmX600mmX6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.l strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.l. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
