Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil complete in all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a). Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a)Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

a). 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: four graded Stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size.

b.) 1:3:6 (one Cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenly milimetre) nominal size.

c). 1:5:10 (one Cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge a)0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plaster on rough/ fair side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of cement mortar 1:4 mix (One cement; four sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Brick edging 7 cm wide 11.4 cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick UV double layered poly carbonate sheet (Sabic Lexan/ PC Lite Lexan/ Ultralite make)) for walling over GI square pipe fixed to aluminium strip as required etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (GI pipe & profile / strip to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and fixing aluminium strip/ angles/ tees in different size as required to fixed the sheet over existing square pipe with aluminium screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing shade net 50% shading capacity (Netlon) for roofing / walling, over existing GI pipe profile with drilling screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (GI profile will be paid for separately).

Providing, fixing and dismantling of 200 micron Uv stabilized clear, anti dust, anti drip, IR thermic and 90% transparency polythene film for roofing / walling, over existing GI pipe profile with drilling screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (GI profile will be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing of Insect net 40 Mesh for walling over existing GI pipe fixed to GI profile with drilling screw etc in the opening of poly house complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing GI profile with zig zag wire over existing GI pipe to fix the UV stabilized sheet / shading net / insect net with drilling screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Nylone strip to hold the openable portion of the polyhouse i.e., roll up system of film to fix the 10mm dia Eyed bolt etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Eyed bolt to be paid separately).

Providing, installation and testing of 4” thick cellulose cooling pad having a size of 4200x1600mm alongwith water circulator system including GI water collecting Gutter / frame duly SS insect net 40 mesh to fix the pad in required aluminium strip, PVC water tank 500 Ltr, 1 HP pump with plastic screen filter and 2 Nos. 36” axial exhaust fan with SS blades alongwith 1 HP motor belt drive with GI body with louvers, fitting & accessories alongwith MCB, switches, DP isolator and conduit pipe in copper wiring as required etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of humidification i.e. 10 Nos. 4 way fogger as specification (working pressure : 4 bar, discharge: 7 LPH or less and average particle size : less than 50 micron), LLDPE pipe 16mm, 32mm main PVC pipe, 1 HP pump, 1000 Ltr capacity PVC tank, control head assembly, online disc type filtration alongwith anti leak device to maintain the pressure in the pipe line which prevents leakage during non operation with required fitting and accessories etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
